I cannot recommend this property enough. It was exactly what my family and I (husband, 3 year old and my parents) needed- close drive to the beach, back yard for the kiddo, well equipped kitchen, space to enjoy the beautiful weather, comfy living room, convenient laundry right at the entry (great for coming back from the beach), comfy beds, walking distance to the fish market. You can tell that it has been thoughtfully renovated and the design is just lovely. Plus the owner is super communicative and solicitous. We were all quite sad to be leaving our little Rye home- it was a lovely setting for one of the most special summers in our lives.

This was a perfect place for a family gathering!

The house was very nicely decorated, clean, neat and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We went there to attend our granddaughter's wedding and reception in Portsmouth. It was just the two of us. The house is conveniently located to the city, shopping, beaches and walking paths at Odiorne State Park and the Urban Foresty Center. Our only drawback was the polyester sheets. We borrowed cotton percale sheets from our daughter after the first night, and then we were fine. We would definitely stay there again. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
