Love the space. So clean and spacious, kids loved the pool table. Good location, close to stores and about 20 mins to universal studios. Love the kitchenware that is provided, cookware and coffee maker.

The bed frames were kinda broken, the middle legs to support the middle of the bed were broken and/or missing. Disliked that the master is on the pathway to the back unit and the lights kept on turning on every time someone passed(quite frequently the first night). We found some bugs in one of the rooms and in the main bathroom as well. There was a cat wondering outside the house, it even went in one time when we were walking in.

Great location! Quiet neiborhood! Easy-to-function appliances! The staff was exceptional with customer service... Anytime I had an issue or a question, they responded within minutes to take care of me!!

My dislikes are minor - • I prefer a softer matress. • I was surprised the kitchen didn't have any hand towels, but it did have a roll of paper towels. • The half-glass or half-door thing for the showers looked cool, but that is it! They did not have any practicality to their function of blocking water from getting on the floor.
