Property owner easy to work with. Good space for 5 adults and teenager. 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of beach toys available at property. Enjoyed the view from the lanai. Beautiful area.

The location of this home is great and it’s a short walk to the beach. The house was comfortable and it will be fun to enjoy the pool when it’s finished. Bruce was a wonderful host answering any and all questions very quickly. Check in was a breeze.

This house is well located just across the street from the Kanaapili resort area and only 10 minutes to Lahaina. It is a great place for a larger group, with two master suites (one of which is a two room suite) and a smaller bedroom. The kitchen is large enough for a group to cook dinners in comfort and there is both a large living room upstairs and a small one downstairs. We spent most of our time on the lanai, marveling at the beautiful view over to Molokai.

Stayed here with some friends for a week and had a wonderful time! Bruce was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Great property and location! Bruce is very communicative and reliable. There was some confusion with the check in process that was quickly alleviated. The property will be even nicer once the pool is finished. Plenty of space and beach gear for our family of 7 adults and a 3 year old.

We enjoyed all the convenience of home during our vacation in Maui. Everyone enjoyed their own space with lots of rooms and amenities. It is an older style home. I would recommend windows to be upgraded to make it more energy efficient. This place is recommended for families and groups larger than 5.

The property was easy to find and as listed and I was happy there was no construction going on for the future spa and pool. The view and sunsets were spectacular, and the house very spacious. We spent most of our time away with our daughter's wedding and other events, and the house was always welcoming when we returned. Definitely recommend

This was an amazing experience for 2 families! We loved the full kitchen with all the appliances we needed. We spent most of our time out exploring but when we were there, we were on the lanai. Beds are super comfortable and everything was very clean. Short walk to the beach, great parking, lots of beach toys, very quiet. Loved every minute and Bruce is the best host we have encountered! Highly recommend this property.

My wife and friends stayed here for a week vacation. It's great to park a couple cars at and starting point for adventure. The amenities are better than hotels and much more cost effective. Can walk to great beaches across the street

Bruce was a great host who communicated quickly with my questions; provided additional bedding when asked and even mailed back to me an item I left behind in the home. This home is spacious and centrally located in Lahaina. It's quiet and tucked away near the golf course and is right across the way to Whaler's Village. The beds were very comfortable; all bathrooms had a stationary and handheld shower heads; AC in each bedroom in which you can set your own temperature; plenty of bath/beach towels and beach gear. There is a nice sized dining table indoors and outdoors on the lanai to enjoy your meals and the view is spectacular. It has a large washer and two dryers (one inside and one in the garage) you can use. The only minor issue we had were tiny ants that can invade the home (due to the nature of living in the tropics) if you didn't keep the counters, tables, floors clear of food. But Bruce warned us of this problem, provided ant spray and encouraged us to dump the garbage daily which we did. Honestly, we did not see many ants and if we did they were very easy to wipe up. Overall our first time visit to Maui was very memorable and I would highly recommend staying in this lovely home. Bruce indicated he has plans to add a swimming pool in the backyard later this summer. That will be an amazing addition to his home!

This was a great property for our 7-member family. There was enough space for each of us to feel comfortable both alone and together. Great location -- easy to get to beaches and other places we wanted to visit. Would certainly return to this location. The owner was helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Great location, great for a larger family

This was a perfect property to stay at for us. Lots of room for 8 people and close to everything we wanted to do. Close enough to walk to the beach and cliffs to jump off into the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

I spent a week with my 3 older-teen sons, my friend and his son in this house and it was great to have spaces for everyone to chill. Kitchen is really well stocked, A/C units and fans keep things cool, outdoor porches with great views in a beautiful quiet neighborhood 15 minute walk to Whaler's Village, golfing, and all the resorts. Lahaina is a short drive away with conveniences of Safeway grocery, Starbucks, drug stores and other modern conveniences....but back to the house...the garage has lots of snorkeling and beach gear and lots of fun stuff. Bruce is a gracious host and responsive to questions. I loved the KeKei soaps. The house could use some aesthetic updates, but linens and towels were fresh and clean. Beds are super comfortable. We had a fantastic stay.

I stayed here with 4 other adults and my one year old son. The house is so spacious and it was great to have so many beds and bathrooms! It has everything you need and we also thought the design of the house was super cool :) You can’t beat the location of this property either. Excellent, safe, beautiful neighborhood RIGHT across the street from the resorts, Whalers Village and Kaanapali beach! Bruce was extremely easy to get in touch with and we did not run into a single issue. I would highly recommend this property and am so grateful we got to experience Maui here. Thank you!!!

This home was located 15 walking minutes from the best beach beach in America - Kaanapali beach and whalers village for some shopping and eats. It was also located in a great spot to drive up north to great a snorkeling beach in Kapalua and south to lahaina. The check in process was very easy, and Bruce made sure everything was set up and cleaned up as expected. Bruce also took the time to make sure we knew where the home equipment and kitchen items were located to make sure we really felt at home. The home was indeed clean, had an awesome view, comfortable rooms and nice beach equipment that we got to use to enhance our stay in Maui. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to say away from the hustle of the nearby resorts. I would love to rent this place again with my family next time.

The place is very clean as described and we had a lot of fun staying at the property. We had no issues during our stay. Bruce was easily accessible when needed.

Our family, consisting of two teens, a married couple, and grandparents, had a great experience in this house. Plenty of space, lots of gear, and a convenient location made it a perfect landing spot for Maui adventures.

This house is awesome! Walking distance to whaler’s village for delicious food/drinks, shopping, and beach access. Golf course club house is less than 5 minute walk from the house. Beach access all around. The house was full of great amenities and had a beautiful island vibe to it. The outdoor dining balcony was our favorite spot in the house. Kids loved the huge backyard, and the garage was stocked with everything we needed for the beach. Bruce does VRBO the right way! No better way to do Maui.

What a lovely house, complete with all the stated amenities. We adored the lanai off the kitchen and spent mornings drinking coffee and evenings drinking wine. Everything seemed within a one-half to 3 mile radius. We snorkeled with the gear provided, turned on Hawaiian music for dinners, slept in very comfortable beds. Whales watching off lanai. Beautiful home. Bruce available and willing to provide vacation info. Would like to come here again. Mahalo.

Walking distance to Kaanapali beach, with amazing sunsets. Our 3 gen family of 8 had a great time. Big yard, garage full of beach supplies, 3 different rooms for meals. We were really impressed. A great value!

Bruce made our stay on Maui very easy. Check in and check out we’re simple. The property was clean and has lots of space, including a beautiful lanai perfect for breakfast and morning coffee. It’s convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect house for our family with small children. Communication with Bruce was so easy! We had a few hiccups but not to his fault (power went out one night due to an accident). It was an absolutely amazing quite location close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the sunsets in peace and quiet! The home is older, but has ac in every room and we were comfortable felt like we were staying at grandma and grandpas place! The kitchen was great and stocked with all the basics! Tons of beach things as well made our two week stay amazing!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Close to several beaches, golf courses, excursions. About 45 min from airport but such a leisurely drive. Bruce, the host, was very accommodating if we had questions or issues. All things provided as stated. Had a group of 7 adults and had plenty of room. House is 2 stories with master upstairs and 3 bedrooms down but this was not a problem for us. We would stay again if this trip ever repeats for all 7 of us.

If you want to stay on the west side of Maui, this place is great for trips to the beaches and Front street in Lahaina. The house made our stay very comfortable (party of 6) - the washer and dryer are a definite plus. Property manager/owner was very quick to respond.

The house was perfect for a family in every way. Bedrooms were located away from each other so everyone had some privacy and their own lanai. We spent much of our time together in the lanai off the kitchen with the spectacular view. The beach was a close walk. The restaurants were numerous and open. Bruce was a great host quickly answering all of our questions and providing everything we needed to feel at home. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you!

Very comfortable roomy house. We enjoyed being together but not crowded. Host was very attentive. Would return in a heartbeat.
