Good place, poor breakfast,high price, kind staffs

This hotel was great! The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. We left an airbnb because it didn’t have AC - here, the rooms were nice and cool even in 90 degree weather. Highly reccommended!

Extremely nice and comfortable hotel situated in the very best street of Como city. The room was spacious, clean, cooled with very comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us around the city. Breakfast was really nice. Highly recommendable if going to Como city.

Location is perfect for exploring Como. 15 mins walk from the train station, and you’re literally on top of everything in town. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Beds were super comfy. All the staff were so helpful, they even made us up a breakfast as we were leaving early.💙 Nicolette, Eingi, Franchesca & Veronica are a huge credit to the hotel, so professional and helpful. This the 2nd ‘Boutique style’ hotel we’ve been too, another to highly recommend.

Perfect location and lovely newly renovated hotel in the heart of Como. Far and away - the best part of our stay was the staff. Nicoletta and Matilda in particular made the hotel feel like home. They went out of their way to help us, make a birthday celebration special and were genuinely kind and wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely property with excellent staff

Great location, great staff, could do with more lighting in the bedroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Could not ask for a better location. . Bathroom excellent. Breakfast great As a solo I was nade to feel very welcome by all the sraff who were rostered on during my stay.

The ladies who staff the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the only complaint would be that there is not enough lighting. Location was just off the main street of Como, via Vittorio Emanuelle which is a pedestrian area so we did have to roll our suitcases a few blocks to get there.

Such a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and full of recommendations, the service was so personalised a major plus of staying in a small hotel. The room was very comfortable, a lovely bed and shower. The hotel is very conveniently located loads of restaurants & shops nearby by and has a nice bar for your afternoon aperol spritz.

Excellent service. Asked for recommendations for dinner and drinks. Spot on all three times. Super helpful staff. Can’t fawn enough over them. Hotel located in walking area. We parked at the autosilo which was only a four minute walk. If you have a van it can be kind of tight in the parking lot. Area of hotel was safe, easy walk to water. Contact hotel before you arrive and they will arrange boat tours and experiences for you. Room was really nice and a great shower. Can’t speak for the A/C since it was only 70 degrees outside and early April (so heat hasn’t been turned off). We turned off the heat, opened the room balcony to cool it down (and it did.) and relaxed. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast normal euro fare and good, with a special cake/pastry each day. I would recommend and return.

Staff were great. Very centrally located. We had no hot water to shower but these things happen I suppose. Would stay there again.

clean, lovely small hotel just off one of the main shopping streets in the old city. Great location, lovely breakfast, modern smart rooms, lovely helpful staff. really enjoyed it.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Como. Our stay included free breakfast which included amazing restaurant quality options. Stayed in Blue Room on ground floor. The room was a good size and it had an outdoor private patio seating area. Might not be the best room for light sleepers as the room is near the restaurant kitchen and storage areas and the noise from staff accessing those areas travels into the room. However if you’re a light sleeper just choose a room on a higher floor and you won’t have a problem. Overall great stay with warm staff and an unbeatable breakfast. Will stay again next time in Lake Como.

This hotel is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Como. The location is perfect, central to everything in Como. The staff is wonderful and attentive to all your needs. The complementary breakfast is excellent and served outside on a nice patio. I can’t say enough great things about this property.

Excellent service and hospitality. Staff was very helpful, friendly and we felt truly welcomed. The rooms were quiet, clean, and nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was in the middle of the old town’s shopping area and restaurants were close by. Everything in walking distance. Breakfast was typically Italian with plenty of cakes, but also fresh orange juice and yoghurt and good coffee selections. We will gladly return, and recommend this hotel to everybody!
