We stayed for one night, everything was good and we ordered from room service, it exceeded our expectations because the food was very delicious and reasonable.

We got an upgrade to 1 Bedroom! The room and bathroom were very spacious. I also liked the pool location, shaded by the hotel itself from the sun, so you can stay all day long. Few people (both guests and staff) were there during our stay.

The room may use more regular cleaning to be honest, a bit dusty when we arrived. Maybe because the room they gave us is on the 1st floor, where sand could easily enter with little wind.

Staff are very slow, unprofessional and don't aware of their work basics or customer care ethics. The only thing I liked about the hotel is the beach. It was really nice and clean. If you did not replace those staff you certainly will lose your investment. I will not repeat the visit.

Staff, food quality and cuisine.

The location is near by down town and it is new area of Dubai island and very quiet. It is brand new hotel so everything new which is good. Beach is very good and open sea view perfect for relaxing and family activities. Basement parking available. The suite room was good and space ok for family of 4 persons.

We booked junior suite for family if 3 adults and one kid then during check in, we found it too small to manage the sleeping area, we decided to upgrade to suite without sea view and paid extra 40% of room cost. The swimming pool small, no proper design and looks like building swimming pool, many design issues and safety concerns needs to be addressed immediately like the slippery pool floor which lock huge area of the pool also small washrooms without air conditioning. I got full board meals however the dinner buffet was not good at all and very limited variety which made us only ate cheese and bread, bread was not fresh and we ordered new bread. Most items not traditional and you wouldn’t like to eat. In the checkout, we had lunch buffet finish by 3:30pm so we asked for late checkout maximum by 2pm but they refused and said 12pm latest we should checkout, it was not nice to keep luggage at the reception from 12 noon.

**Staycation Review: Park Regis by Prince, Dubai Islands (16th June - 17th June)** I recently stayed at Park Regis by Prince on Dubai Islands from the 16th to 17th of June, booking two rooms for five adults and one infant. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. **Reception and Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was marred by unfriendly reception staff. They provided incorrect information about the swimming pool timings, showcasing a surprising lack of awareness about the hotel's recreation facilities. Additionally, a request for a late check-out by just 30 minutes, considering we had an infant with us, was rudely denied with the reason of back-to-back bookings. The staff displayed no empathy or willingness to accommodate this small request. **Dining Experience:** The food quality during our stay was subpar. Dinner had a very limited spread, with the pasta being undercooked and the beef overcooked to the point of being inedible. Breakfast was also disappointing, with almost no Indian options available. Given the diverse clientele the hotel likely serves, this lack of variety was quite surprising. **Check-Out Experience:** The checkout process was equally unpleasant. Although we checked out exactly at noon, we were made to wait for an hour for housekeeping to check the room. Despite the housekeeping completing their check 30 minutes prior, no one informed us. This lack of communication was highly inconvenient and frustrating. **Overall Impression:** Our stay at Park Regis by Prince was disappointing due to the unfriendly staff, poor food quality, and inefficient service. The hotel’s inability to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience, especially with an infant, was particularly disheartening. I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent experience.

1) Pool was under maintenance, but they put small pools near the beach. 2) The breakfast was good, not bad. 3) The beach was really good, clean and well managed, not crowded. 4) The shisha was good, special thanks to Mohammad he makes really good shisha and good hospitality.

Overall experience was disappointing. 1) The washroom was not cleaned, and even there were yellow spots on the toilet, and as compensation was bottles of water, not only yellow apots even there was a cigarette butt at the washroom left behind. 2) The lounge entrance smells horrible, like a sewage smell. Overall disappointing experience, untrained staff, the only positive thing was the beach and shisha and breakfast.

-The price of the extra half of day was above 50% which is not logic - for breakfast , the fruits were almost the same everyday, it is better to vary the type of fruits

I didn’t like it , it was a bad experience and in their website they mentioned that there is 3 restaurants but what I found that there is only one , the food experience was very average and the staff professionalism was very poor , and the hotel is very far from every thing and the pool wasn’t clean and the AC in some rooms can’t be turned off.

Only the junior suit once I payed more to get it.

This new hotel in town was the best choice we've ever done, thnks to the all staff, you all are kind, friendly, helpful and keep in mind that there is not a perfect hotel without a perfect staff. Hope to come back soon.

I booked king room with sea facing, but room not fully sea facing, but hotel room structure is like that. i think it should mention side sea facing.

The bath water was very hot and there was no cold water, and this bothered me very much

I was expecting for breakfast with better selection. When you are located in an island, you have to offer breakfast that will satisfy your guests and will not make them to want an early lunch.

We did not enjoy the facility in the hotel, most specially the pool. This is my first time to experience that they are cleaning the pool during the time when the guests should be enjoying it. We were about to check-out by 12, and we were able to access the pool by 11am only, after when we asked the reception. Also while we were staying in our rooms waiting for the pool, the TV is not working, we cannot watch any channels nor youtube at least, not even able to connect our laptop to the tv to watch. Lastly, the internet is very slow to enjoy from your phone.

Wir haben ein Zimmer am Fahrstuhl bekommen, obwohl wir nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt haben und das Hotel komplett leer war. Ich hatte vor der Ankunft um glutenfreie Backwaren zum Frühstück gebeten, das wurde mir zugesichert, war dann aber nicht da. Die Angestellten haben (noch) keine Ahnung von der Hotelerie. Auch die Angestellten im Restaurant müssen noch einiges lernen. In der Gegend ist absolut gar nix. Man braucht für alles ein Uber/Careem.

The room was a good size and still brand new.

Had to shift 3 times as one was not properly cleaned with hair still on the shampoo bottle, second one had no sea view. No restaurant bar which wasn't mentioned in the notes when we booked the place. The surrounding areas are still under construction. Staff requires training. We saw the Restaurant staff we asked for ketchup, cleaned the sides of the saucer with her finger. The door frame in the restaurant where we had breakfast has frame sticking out of the floor, I tripped on it.

We like everything about the hotel.from the staffs specially Roll who took good care of my request..

We appreciate all managament and especially Raja and Sushimita. Big thanks to them for made our stay enjoyble. Will visit next time again

Access to beach. Rooms were clean and balcony was adequate

No alcohol, no spa (both promised next week after we leave) pool water to cold to swim in, AC in room kept malfunctioning (3 days in a row) until the thermostat was replaced. Getting cabs can be an ordeal with long waiting times as Dubai Island is isolated. That’s both good and bad
