Clean, new hotel with affordable price & good location 😀

The ironing service is only at G, hence need to take the elevator each time.

Its quite far from town but still ok for me

No soundproof at all. Can hear next room open and close door. Even i can hear baby cry from far. Its very uncomfortable to sleep night.

房间地上抹不干净，进去黏糊糊的，和那个外劳说了他还不相信，一直说他抹了，然后抹地水也不换，又用回脏水抹，害我们进去一股臭味，很恶心🤢这种员工懒得要死，英文又不大会讲，马来文又不会，酒店是多想省钱才请外劳🙄还有大方一点，不要只给一小卷厕纸，我们两个人哪里够用，一晚也不便宜却还这么吝啬，毛巾也是给一次性的两个一天，你是要我们省水一天冲一次，这种酒店以后我都不会光顾了，又贵又烂又脏

都还可以，毕竟是新开 东西还很新

隔音不好，半夜听到开门关门很大声，窗口半夜听到外面车parking也听到工作人员讲话。 3.30抵达酒店 但是工作人员态度不友善说还没收拾好 还需要等待，当说需要取消时候 工作人员却说现在你要还是不要，不要就不收拾了！态度不好！

Location is strategically accessible to highways and town. Very new and clean. Staff were accommodating, I made an impromptu trip to Ipoh from KL on the night itself and called to ensure they could wait for me until 1am check in. Even obliged to later check out. Will stay here again!
