It was well equipped. Good location.
Top floor with no elevator

The apartment was better then expected: great location (10-12 minutes to reach old city center), very spacious, lots of natural light (but also windows quipped with blinds everywhere), extremely well equipped kitchen, more then enough towels and we always found a parking place next to the building. The host, Ana, is very friendly and responsive and gave me lots of recommendations for restaurants/fastfood near the apartment and beaches in walking/driving distance. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, with air conditioning and clean, spacious rooms. Lots of cooking facilities and nice shower. Easy to communicate with the host, very helpful and friendly. Definitely would visit again!

Short walk distance to the old town and around the corner from grocery and bakery. Two large and well equipped double bedrooms. Usually no problem finding parking next to the house, although the streets are very narrow. The hosts live in the same building and responsive.
Lack of microwave or coffee machine. 5th floor with no elevator. Very narrow door to the shower. Air conditioning located in the kitchen and not useful to cool down the two bedrooms.

It’s 10 min walk to historical city center, quiet place, nice balcony.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. The shower is really really really small! Keep in mind that you need to have the switch for warm water on and it’s placed under the bathroom light switch(very confusing).

Fantastic communication from the hosts. Always replied to any questions we had and they arranged the airport transfer for us also. The location was perfect. You are 5/10 minutes walk from Bacvice Beach, the promenade and all the main sites. There was also a shopping centre only 5 minutes walk from the apartment too. The apartment was really clean and well looked after and had everything you would need and could think of. It was like a home from home.
The hosts even had nibbles and a drink and fruit for us upon our arrival. That was a great gesture.
This is what apartments should be like and it is a credit to the hosts how well it is looked after. I would come back here without a doubt and I would urge anyone coming to Split to book this apartment because they will not be disappointed.

The houseowner was really friendly and helpful. The apartman was clean and fully comfortable. Neighbour is good and the place is so close to the old town, shops and local bus station.

The apartment was very well located, 10 minutes walking from the town center and the hostesses were very nice people.
