Save your money, I promise you it is not worth it. Where do I even start?
The communication was pointlessly confusing on how to enter and find the unit. When I got in, there were no instructions on WiFi, and when I wanted to use the fitness center or any of the amenities, there were zero instructions on that. I had to call the customer service number which was outsourced.
The bed is SUPER CHEAP, it’s simultaneously too firm while being bouncy?? I had to put down an extra comforter that had stains on it just so I wouldn’t wake up with back pain. Speaking of stains, there were stains on the bedding, the extra comforter, a brown stain on my CLEAN towel, and stains on the pillow.
The shower barely got “hot” and didn’t stay there long, even on the max heat. It’s also an apartment so if anyone is above you, you’ll hear them at 11pm — trust me.
On top of all of this, they tell YOU to take the trash on your way out even though the housecleaning fee is exorbitant. These people make way too much money off of these properties to make it such a cheap experience.
The convenience to Market Square isn’t worth it, spend your money on a reliable hotel instead.

Great place and great location. Will definitely stay again.

The only issue we had was the unit entry code kept asking for 6 digits but we only received a 4 digit code so we had to call to get a new code and the lock reset. Also, the wifi password was incorrect so that needed another phone call. Besides that, it was a great place and walking distance to downtown. Will stay again.

Great stay. made knoxville super accessible

Great location and extremely safe! Loved the gated car garage and coded walkway entrance!

Nice condo. Clean with convenient amenities. #1 aggravation was they only furnish thru streaming. No way to watch regular channels. Ie: Couldn’t watch Vols game or any other SEC football. They need to mention in their description that you must bring a fire stick to watch regular live TV. Had some concerns about the patio being unclean but they responded immediately & sent housekeeping. Nice place to stay, great accessibility to Market Square & Gay Street. Just OK for the price.

The location was good.
There were not any kitchen towels.
There were only two sets of silverware.
There were only two towel sets.
The communication was poor.
Getting instructions on a text message would have been useful.
Heating the pool would have been nice.

We almost had a perfect stay! I read the reviews ahead of time and saw where there was a common theme. . . the place was very clean but the communication and instructions were a big concern. I booked the apartment and I reached out ahead of time to make sure check-in would not be a problem since many reviews indicated it had been. They assured me they had improved their communication and I must admit, they have. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The apartment was great and very clean. We stayed 3 days and on the last day our check-out was to be at 11am. My wife and I went to breakfast at 9am and when we came back at 10am our access code would no longer work. We went to the Lobby but they were closed. I tried to call and the number did not work. I sent a message but did not get an immediate reply. After 45 minutes, the housekeeper just happened to see us and noticed we were locked out. She was an angel and gave us access to the apartment. We were finally able to check out but had it not been for Jennifer, we would not have been able to check out on time. I did finally get a reply from my message through the app but that was after we had checked out of the apartment. Tucker is the management company and they really need to have someone onsite when these types of issues happen. I would stay there again but I will be very careful and will inquire more ahead of time for a phone number of a contact person if there is an issue.

There were no bulbs in the lights on both sides of my bed. I had to beg to get them for 2 full days. We got 4 bath towels for 2 people. We went to the pool and we shower daily. That wasn't nearly enough. Had to ask many times for more. Everything was email. No one to speak to! All email. Ridiculous. Everything took 2 days. You advertise a sofa bed but do not supply a blanket for it. Took 2 days to get it and my grandson slept with no blanket the first night. The lights over the kitchen counter are so coated with dust that I couldn't use the counter as my allergies acted up so badly. The room is pretty. The bed was comfortable. We couldn't get the netflix to work but again, there is no one to talk to so we just didn't use it. It was unbelievably frustrating not being able to speak to someone to arrange a visit with someone to come in and show us how to get this netflix to work. We just used our phones the whole trip. Most disappointing.

Nice area to stay. Not far from restaurants and pubs.

Property is close to many amenities, secure, quiet and safe.
Parking spots inside the garage for Tucker rentals could be increased, we had to ask people parking if they were with Tucker as I couldn't fit my truck in certain spots.
Overall for cost, quality, communication and location this place is incredible. 2nd time on business in 3 weeks we've used this facility.

Property was great but the technology was awful. First the fob to get into the parking deck and pool wasn't working. No one answers the phone and called me back at 5pm. I finally got that exchanged at the leasing office and then on our last morning the manager had set our keyless entry code to expire at 9am despite being advertised everywhere as an 11am checkout. We were locked out of the room with the office not opening until 10am and no one answering the help phone line. About 45 min later i found someone who worked there who had arrived early who helped us get in and he said the management company has the locks autorest at 9am all the time and this is constantly happening. It was a great place but the hassle wasn't worth it, makes you want to go back to the 1950s when nothing was digital and someone was at the front desk to help if needed.

Staff was very responsive when I called about the exploding shower tube. The problem was fixed within two days. The biggest annoyance I had was getting back into the apartment to return the key fob when I exited the garage. The code to the apartment was deactivated way too early for At 8 am when we had to check out by 11 am.

We will definitely be back. Wonderful place for our girls weekend. Pool and location near Market Square especially appreciated. Pay attention to all the instructions/directions that are sent. It is a somewhat confusing location and layout. Appreciated the instructions

Not very happy with the service. We arrived to find one towel and nothing but a fitted sheet for the sofa bed. We called and requested 2 more towels (there were 3 of us) and a set of sheets and comforter for the sofa bed, but it was late and they said the cleaning crew will deliver the next day.
The next day, the towels were delivered and just the sheets, no comforter or blanket provided. So I called again. They said the housekeeping crew had gone but they will deliver tomorrow. This is now 2 nights without a blanket. The next day, at around 6pm they still had not delivered the comforter. I called and complained loudly. When I returned, there was a comforter.
Very poor service and especially problematic because there is no one on site to handle these issues. Any issue will have at least a days wait to be addressed.
Their housekeeping should have had the room prepped before, with full linens and towels.

Frustrating. Expedia and Marble said I'd receive details for my stay 24 hours prior, which they failed to send. So while temporarily stranded in Knoxville at night, I had to call and email in a panic. Expedia responded fairly quickly and apologized for a 'glitch' confirming it was never sent. Even then the directions to enter weren't detailed enough. With help from a woman on site who had the same difficulty the night before me told us how and what to do and where to go - very helpful. However, the parking that was promised as 'included' with Tucker was completely full, so we had to pay to park across the street. Super annoyed now. Once inside our room, very nice and clean. But... the shower clogs up with water immediately and we stood in six inches of water every time. The stains on the shower curtain tell you that this is not a new problem. And there's no plunger in room. That demands immediate attention - it's gross. I'd consider another stay now that I know the place, but this experience was bad, and if that shower isn't fixed - no.

I wasn’t able to check in due to the property not being cleaned after the last tenant. I still have not heard back confirming my cancellation and refund.
