Staff were responsive and pleasant. Outdoor eating area, bar and pool were good.

We stayed in two alternative rooms first and last day of our holiday. The first room was closest to the stairwell which was noisy, the 2nd room was away from the stairwell and less noisy, the toilet seat was broken. I had arranged a transfer from Arusha Airport which never arrived to collect us but to be fair the transfer back to the airport from the hotel was excellent.

The swimming pool and outdoor area is quite good!

The room was extremely dark, and the bed was not very comfortable! There was no garbage can in the room (only in the bathroom). The bathroom need a renovation!

Water wasn’t hot enough,water pressure was very low from taps ,No wall drop in the room and no inter communication facilities to reception and kitchen bar ect ,TVs no DStV and other cable television only Netflix and YouTube

Amazing staff! They have a bar a swimming pool and a nice place to stay outside. (Garden) comfy beds, clean bathroom, television with netflix and youtube! And a very delicious breakfast!

Sometimes, the wifi was'nt working

I had a group stay at this property and it was the best place we would spot in Arusha for the whole group to fit and they organized us a three day safari which was amazing and we stayed at the property after safari also and they organized airport transfer at a very good rate.
