It includes a leather couch that folds into a full-size bed and a table that turns into a smaller bed. - The main bedroom sleeps 2 people. It includes a queen-sized bed, multiple storage cabinets above, and side cabinets with storage organizers. - Bedding is ONLY provided for the bunk room beds and the main bedroom queen. If you plan to use the living room fold-down couch or the table bed, the renter must provide sheets, a comforter, and pillows. Bathrooms: - Contains 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a stand-up shower with a skylight, storage cabinets above the toilet and a medicine cabinet behind the mirror. - The bunk room bathroom has a toilet and sink. - Includes septic-approved toilet paper, bath and hand towels Outdoor Amenities: - Outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and ice maker - Small propane bottles with an outdoor grill for those burgers and hot dogs - Flashlights and skewers for those campfire smores 5 folding camp chairs and a collapsable coffee table - Outdoor games for family and friends - Outdoor entertainment center including mounting bracket and plug for TV and antenna hookup 4-foot folding table to help prepare or cook food outdoors (NOTE that this table has some character to it!) ***PLEASE NOTE*** - Trailer contains 2 independently controlled AC units that are great for the summer heat and chilly winters - Provide a 50 to 30 AMP and a 50 to 15 AMP converter. We strongly recommend using a 50 AMP connection at the campsite if planning to use both air conditioners and electricity throughout the trailer. - Weighing around 9,000 pounds, this trailer must be pulled by a ¾ ton or larger truck with a trailer brake controller. A brake controller is MANDATORY when pulling this trailer. - No boondocking, tailgating, trail rides, or beach camping - No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will forfeit your security deposit. - No crawling on the roof unless given permission by the owner - The cost of any damaged or missing items will be deduced from the security deposit - CLEANING - The camper is to be returned, swept, mopped, and toilets/surfaces cleaned with the provided cleaner. The - - Cleaning fee is to disinfect surfaces and launder the linens between each use. - No pets - Trailer has a storage rack on back measuring 6ft wide and 19” deep.
