This was a very well-located and cute spot to stay! The inside is very quiet with complimentary coffee at all hours of the day, which is a great touch. The hot water was spotty at times, but overall it really wasn't that big of a deal. Great wifi connection, I could take calls from the courtyard without any issue.

Loved the stay. Beautiful and clean room. Know that there’s no elevator so lugging luggage is the only downside but that’s if you’re staying on higher floors.

Since this is a no contact hotel it might appeal to certain folks. However walking up the stairs with luggage might not be easy for everyone, i did not see a lift in the property.
It also supposed to be a quiet space but the rooms are not sound proof and the doors do not have stoppers which means there is always some noises.
The common area is large and has shared amenities which again might appeal to some guests.
Neighborhood is ofcourse awesome that is the sole reason that made this experience worth it.

The room was great, really great location. I highly recommend here for someone who knows the city already and is enjoying polanco area. Although its a contactless hotel everyone there was helpful if you had a request or question. I only wish it had air, I went when it was unseasonably hot.

My recent stay at Santa Casa Tasman was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The property is stunning, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy comfort. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
The attention to detail throughout the hotel is remarkable, from the tasteful decor to the well-maintained facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Casa Santa is a gem with a fantastic location and quaint decor. The rooms come well-equipped with earplugs for the busy area, fans, a mini-fridge, and complimentary morning coffee. Plus, there's a lovely patio perfect for remote work. All this at a great price makes it a standout choice!

The most positive aspect of this property is the location. It’s in the heart of the Roma area and within a very short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in CDMX. The staff are also friendly. However, the property is a bit run down, furniture worn out, it’s not clean enough. For example, some of the furniture was dusty, the toilet roll holder was broken, just little things that weren’t quite right which brings the property down. It’s a shame as it has so much potential. The location and the building itself is great.

This property is so cute and a hidden gem in the neighborhood. There is a lot to walk to within the area and the next neighborhoods over. Its relatively quiet (for a big city) and the courtyard within the property makes you feel like youve been transported elsewhere. There is no AC but its nice to open the windows and have the fans bring in the cool air. The complimentary tea, coffee, and water is the cherry on top. The wifi was always strong for working or streaming. I stayed here for 4 nights and would stay here again.

Beautiful property and great location, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Got check-in details 24hours prior.
The room had no A/C but a fan was sufficient for spring weather, hard to ventilate the room because the windows are huge so if you want to open them you are completely visible from the street, plus it is very noisy outside.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn't get hot water when trying to shower around noon one day, but it otherwise was fine with good pressure.
Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and property. The staff are all very friendly and helpful willing to go above and beyond. Make sure you receive the pin before arriving. We preferred the rooms at the front for their large windows. Rooms are clean and well kept. Would stay again

Great building and nicely decorated bedrooms, with amazing big windows. The bathrooms were a bit run down and there was an issue with no water. It’s a great place for nomad workers to base themselves, but could do with a little more updates in the room. Communal areas excellent! The staff that we saw were friendly, and the rooms were very quiet at night, despite being in an area with an abundance of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Great area to be based in!

Great location. It really felt like a home away from home due to both serene surroundings and charming hosts. Special thanks to incredibly friendly Sandra for making my short stay wonderful, from the moment I called about my last minute booking while rushing on the metro, later the best food/city tips and just general random inquiries.

The staff was very pleasant and the location is great. The reception lady waited for me when I was late returning for my stored bag. Very thankful and happy with my stay.

The location is nice and there are many restaurants and grocery stores around.
The staff are friendly and responsive. Also free drinkable water is provided.
My room is not really sound-proof and but the inn does provide earplugs. Hot water can take a little bit to be ready in the shower.
My main complaint is that the luggage storage service is only available until around 5 PM, which I didn't know when booking. This can be an issue if you have a late flight.

My stay at Santa Casa was awesome! It's simply in the coolest part Roma Norte with the BEST restaurants and shops just steps away.
The staff were like friends, not just hotel staff. Shoutout to the experience concierge – they hooked me up with the most epic taco tour ever! Seriously, I was in taco heaven.
Super comfy beds and great views of the treetops and city. Honestly, Santa Casa made my Mexico City trip unforgettable. If you're heading to Roma Norte, do yourself a favor and stay here. You won't regret it! 🌟
