Ich kann die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr schmutzig! Erst einmal mussten wir nach unserer Unterkunft über 2.5 Stunden mit der Eigentümerin und Booking diskutieren, da wir nicht in der Unterkunft wollten! Bettwäsche lagen im Speicher auf dem Boden!

It was very clean and tidy, really secure, very modern, and off-road parking on the drive

There was nothing I didn't like about the stay it was exactly how it was described.

Beautiful apartment, nicely laid out. Everything we needed.

Everything seemed new and clean. Large living/dining/kitchen area. Fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, TV, wifi iron etc. Had it all. Nice large/deep tub. Plenty of towels and pillows. Carpeted bedroom.

The title is a bit misleading. Heathrow airport is Huge so it may be 5 minutes from Terminal 4, but if you're in Terminal 3 it's about 7 miles and at 11pm the cab'd be 40£ (uber 25£). They request things to digitally sign at an emailed link, needed our credit card number to hold the deposit, and required to upload every travelers' ID. After we realized what the round trip cabs would cost for a few hour stay, Booking.com would've agreed to a courtesy day-of refund, but Robin didnt, and claimed that was part of the lengthy terms we signed, so we spent the money on transportation that we could've rather used for an aiport hotel. It's spring so they gave instructions for the heat but we couldnt figure out how to turn on the AC but we opened the windows. Ours had 1 king, 1 twin bed, and a medium size couch so not sure how it's max capacity 5, but didnt matter to us. Seems it's about 5 apts in a small house/building, so we didnt have our own entrance off the street, but I suppose it's as expected from an apt type building.

Don't book, complete scam! Google 'robin door' before booking.

Should NOT be allowed on booking.com. we didn't turn up as we found out it was a scam. Should NOT be expected to send full UK ID for all guests before arrival and pay a £200 deposit.
