No one was there for when we was checking in. It took 30 minutes before we was able to get hold of a staff member to check-in. The staff said they didn't think the wound get any more guests for the night and and we booked at 2-3pm. They upgraded us but the room okay. It smelled of old cigarettes. The bathtub was not clean. It had hair in it and other stains that could easily had been cleaned. There are durt markes on walls and the shelf above the counters was dusty. There was also a big dead spider on the floor in the bathroom. Atleast they had working radiators in the room. Bed was comfortable. Overall disappointed.

Lovely newly decorated rooms done to a high standard. The jacuzzi bath is a bonus but lovely good sized tvs very comfy bed. Would 100 percent stay here again Only complaint would be that it was boiling hot in the room heating was up full blast on arrival. Heater had to be switched off and window opened wide.

Room stank of sewage! Smell came from the bathroom. Must have been a lack of a trap in the shower drain. Place was run down and not at all as depicted on the photos. No restaurant or bar as advertised.

This property did not really do it for us - the pictures on this app did it more justice than it deserved - there’s lots of potential here, but it gave “senior living apartment trying to be a posh hotel” vibes. No one man’s the desk after a certain time - two women had a delayed flight and poor reception on their phones making it near impossible to get their check in instructions and they were trapped outside in the rain. On the bottom floor, no fan or AC was provided - very hot in July, and the only option was to put the window up leaving a wide open window to the street - anyone could just climb in. Security lacks - a back exit was left unlocked. Room was not on the best of repair. We were happy to leave asap and if we had seen the room prior to checking in, we’d have tried to find another. Glorified motel. Cleanish. Photos won’t upload, but we did take some.

Walkable to town and main attractions

We spent one night here. Super convenient to everything in Inverness. Very limited breakfast, so we went elsewhere. Overall a nice hotel.

Lovely big room. Staff really friendly and helpful.
