Only negative was the checklist for checking out. We have always put dishes in dishwasher and turned it on. We have never been required to put away dishes in the cupboards on last day. It made that morning very hectic and stressful. I probably wouldn’t require that. I would be afraid others might not sanitize like we did.

A very comfortable and well equipped property with everything you need for a group stay. Nice easy walk to the city centre and riverside. A really lovely place to stay and see what the Highlands have to offer.

The only thing we struggled with was the oven, but not something that ruined our stay, we just had to allow extra cooking time. No other negatives.

I can't believe this beautiful well equipped house is for rent I couldn't do it lol I would live there as my own home we loved every minute there and the Tipsy Laird was the icing on the cake x

coped with all our requirements. the bar was a great facility . plenty of space and well equipped

hot tub could be better - not as good as many we have experienced . the external lights tripped and were speedily reset , however , were not stable and maintenance knew the fault would have to be traced . unfortunately they tripped at night when I was exiting and it caused me to lose my footing resulting in a bad head injury .

Totally immaculate with everything, and more, that anybody could need during a stay in Inverness. Great communication before our trip and such attendance to detail provided us with a truly wonderful experience.

Many extras were provided to make our stay extra special. The facilities outside were perfect for entertaining our large group.
