WOW! Such a beautiful house and guest room - I stayed in a bigger room (#1) which had a living room, a gas fireplace as well as a kitchen! I didn't realize I was getting all of that. There was an outdoor space with a grill as well! I will be back!!! Quality linens and towels! Lovely Host! Offered AMAZING dining options. Mahone Bay is a gem and so is the Magnolia Inn!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful period home and the hosts were lovely and hospitable. Great location for exploring the area and peaceful and quiet. Lovely breakfasts both mornings.

I had a fantastic experience at the Magnolia Inn. The problem with this review is that there are only five stars to choose from! The breakfast was delicious, fresh and the perfect amount. The best croissant I have ever had. The owners are very personable, respectful and helpful. The Magnolia Inn is now on my list to bring my family and visit the next time we are in NS. Amazing!

The room we stayed in had everything we needed from wine glasses, a cork screw, bath robes and a mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. They did an incredible job designing each room. The shower was our favourite part.
The breakfast was delightful. The first morning we had coffee, juice and a bagel with cream cheese and salmon. They also had a choice of jams if you preferred. The second morning they had individual quiches, buttery croissants fresh from the oven, in addition to a delicious yogurt parfait.

Excellent Air BnB. Clean, bed was comfortable, had everything you needed. Great continental breakfast! Host and hostess were easily accessible and attentive!
We would have liked a private bathroom. Only other thing is that house requires a sign and house number to make it a little easier to find. Otherwise, an up and coming Inn!

This is such a beautiful property. It has been lovingly renovated and beautifully decorated by the owners. Our room was a very large bedroom with a modern ensuite. Comfortable bed, great pillow and comfy duvet made for a great sleep. Laurie and Craig are wonderful hosts and make a delicious breakfast. They’re very friendly and ready to offer assistance as needed. If you are in the Lunenberg area and are looking for a wonderful B&B this is first class accommodation.

Property was absolutely beautiful ! The owners were very friendly and kind and very accommodating. Our king room was fabulous and the property was close to everything in the beautiful Mahone Bay! Will definitely be back!

The hosts were amazing! The Inn was clean and the room was incredible. Ensuite was huge with rain shower and nice amenities. The King bed was very comfortable and nice to have small fridge in room. Breakfast was delicious.

Very convenient, you do have to drag your bags up the stairs, the stairs did had a rug so you won't slip. One room, as of Aug 2024 is a shared bathroom with another guest, so be aware. I did not share because all rooms were not taken, Craig says they will be putting in another bathroom late 2024. Very accommodating for vegan breakfast, very forth coming on what to see and do, like the Historical Gardens in Annapolis Royal which was an amazing walk about. Ask Craig anything they have done it all.

This inn has been meticulously renovated and restored. It exceeded our expectations, the room and ensuite were spotless, large, very comfortable and so well decorated. The owners are very good hosts and made our stay extra special. Will definitely return to the Magnolia Inn in beautiful Mahone Bay.

Everything was perfect! Laurie and Craig made sure we had all we needed and even provided us a baby playpen and made sure breakfast was safe for our little one’s allergies. Our stay at the Magnolia Inn was perfect from beginning to end. A charming place with pretty rooms. I highly recommend booking your next vacation there :)

Magnolia is a wonderful Inn in the center of Mahone Bay. Laurie and Craig were warm and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Mahone Bay!

Great place to stay right on the Main Street in Mahone Bay. Nicely decorated and very clean. Hosts were readily available and responsive. We stayed in a main level unit below upper accommodations. You could hear the people upstairs rolling their suitcases etc. but that was a very minimal concern and didn’t hamper our enjoyment of the space.

Absolutely Wonderful!! Stunning rooms and shared spaces, good breakfasts, coffee (even Cappucinno's!) and tea available 24 hours.
Our hostess was absolutely wonderful, and directed us to the best places for dinner.
Easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Mahone Bay.
Highly Recommend, and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I highly recommend Magnolia Inn for a place to stay in Mahone Bay! The proprietors were lovely hosts. The presentation of the breakfast was amazing and the menu was delicious! It was different every day. We just loved the architecture and the interior design of the home.

We had a delightful stay at the elegant Magnolia inn. Our hosts were fantastic with communication, suggestions and response to any requests. Breakfast was lovely in the historic dining room, complete with espresso machine, homemade croissants and muffins, and they even made a special effort to buy cream, in addition to milk and oat milk, when I inquired. The rooms were spotless, and they provide darling slippers and bath robes to wear. The amenities in the bathrooms smelled divine and there were little chocolates on the towels and flowers in the room. The hosts provided great suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and even set the table with candles, placemats and dishes when we brought back take out. Note that some rooms have shared bathrooms when booking, but I would not hesitate to stay at the Magnolia Inn again and highly recommend this beautifully restored Victorian inn on charming Mahone bay.

This is such a beautiful house. It was painstakingly renovated and all the little details make it a must. The bathroom was gorgeous. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. The air in the house felt light and breezy. It was hard to explain. Laurie is a very gracious host and I highly recommend you visit her and the Magnolia house.
