The beds were very comfortable and the pool was great.

The customer service was very poor. Requested items on two different occasions that took hours to receive. The hot tub was not working properly. The washing machines were out of order but the staff had no knowledge of this. The breakfast was not that great we think it is just microwaved.

Stairway smelt damp. Restaurant wasn’t open. No tea making in room… had to go to reception. Don’t drink coffee. Could hardly hear man on reception when booking in. Couldn’t find remote for TV.

The only good thing about this property is that it is cheap and has an indoor pool. The price and pool is the only reason we stayed here.

The bed/sofa in the room was like sleeping on rocks, absolutely horrible. Over the course of two days I had to kill five ants that were found in my room. There were kids playing sports in the hall. Phone didn't work and staff never brought the towels/toilet paper we asked for.

The room theme was neat and the restaurants food was good. The pool was large. The bunk beds were cool in the room.

The hotel and our room were quite dingy looking. It smelled like dirty diapers in our room. The swimming pool needed a good clean, it was very grimey. The bunk beds were rickety and the mattresses were uncomfortable. The bathroom has broken tiles. It needs some love for sure.

The hot tub wasn't working (which is the reason I booked because of my sore body). The room was musky, and I woke up with a sore throat. The breakfast to top it off was just fair.

It was dirty and we complained about our room not being clean and while we were out somebody had been into our room and wiped their butt with one of our bath towels and left fecal matter on it and put it in the tub, also there were urine stains on the shower curtain and what looked to be crusty sperm on the office chair in our room, there were also tiles missing off the wall in our bathroom and the curtains were ripped,I asked for a refund and they told me there wasn’t much they could do and they would call me

Location was amazing, and breakfast was a bonus and good selection. Only down fault was the juice machine was broken and selection of bottle juice wasn’t the best (cranberry or raspberry blackberry) Hot tub was relaxing

Our toilet didn’t work, went to front desk said someone would be right down waited an hour and a half… ended up fixing it our selves. The room wasn’t vacuumed stepped on a staple that looked like a fencing staple. The plug in beside the bed didn’t work. Hotel was very noisy, you could hear the people simply just walking in the room above you. Went to the front desk around noon for pool towels as this is where they kept the towels and waiting almost 10 minutes at the front desk before anyone came out from out back to wait on us… you could see her out back scrolling on her phone.

Besides the children smoking Marijuana and partying with no clothes on in front of my 3 year old we had a great time

It was my sister and kids that stayed for a night. And they loved it. Kids went to the pool and they enjoyed it so much as it was warm. They enjoyed breakfast as well. And their room has an easy access to the parking lot which didn't gave us hard time loading and unloading their bags.

The location was perfect. Very close to all amenities. Bed was comfortable.

There was a bad smell in our room which was #107. It was almost a musty or mouldy smell. The heat pump had spots that resembled mould so it may have been the issue. Staff weren’t very friendly and barely smiled. Pool was way too full all the time to enjoy swimming. It would be a good idea to have time slots to book for the pool, or even adult swim time!

The breakfast was really good. A few of the machines were broken but they had replacements available. The omelette station was a really great touch! The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable! One of the ladies working at the front desk was superb. Very accommodating and very friendly!

Not having access to the parking space in front of our door was a big inconvenience for my family and two of the ladies working at the front desk were extremely rude. The room had an odd smell and the carpet was extremely outdated and just felt kind of gross to walk on

Family suites (hockey room) was very spacious and perfect for our family. Loved the large living room area and bunk beds for the kids. Location was perfect, nice and close to the water park and other family attractions.

The over all cleanliness of the facility wasn’t great. Outdated and musty smell. Needs a deep cleaning and upgrading.

I felt the room was a good size.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There was a chair in the room that should have been in put in the garbage. I booked for 6 people and the room was accommodated for 3. The phones and internet didn’t work.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean the breakfast had a lot of options. I enjoyed that I wasn’t fighting over the coffee machine where it was placed in a different location.

No shuttle service. The event we went to had a limited or no taxi service. We waited.1 1/2 hours after the event to be taken back to the hotel this is no fault of the hotel but the hotel could have made extra money if they had a 10 person shuttle on that night that picked up at the event and took people back to the hotel and vice versa. To get there safely and on time I would have paid extra.

The room was nice and big. Travelled with the grandkids they loved the pool and the two tv’s in the room. There was a nice variety of food for the breakfast. Would stay again if in Moncton.

Everything was great except the lamp in the living room didn’t work.

Great location! Literally 2 minutes from magic mountain. The staff were lovely and accommodating. They always have tea and water out for you to enjoy. Good value for the money!
