Excelente atención desde el primer momento. El apartamento es acogedor y está dentro de una privada con seguridad a 20 minutos de distancia de playa Mamitas. Es una opción estupenda para descansar o pasar una larga estancia en Playa del Carmen.

The complex swimming pool was quite nice with very warm water. There seemed to be a nice grilling facility, though we didn't use it. The security personnel were quite friendly and helpful. The owner was responsive and did his best to assist us, but he needs to provide instructions for any future clients to explain the eccentricities of the place - such as how to activate the water heater, direction to turn on the gas valve, explanation of how to use the washing machine (ut us bizarre and requires moving the drain hose at various stages of the laundry cycle),

The place was so far from the beach that you needed a rental car or many taxi rides to avail yourself of the beach. THe condo complex was nothing special and there was ongoing construction occurring. While the place had a/c it didn't do much good anywhere except the living area - fans were necessary to sleep. Also, before a new occupant, I'd advise someone to come to cool down the place - it was an oven when we arrived and required a long time to cool down. Considering the place was only 300 sq ft, the furnishings a hodge-podge of items, and there was no coffee maker or kettle to heat water, I think the place was far from a good value. That said, the costs in this part of Mexico were ridiculous - rooms, restaurants, attractions - at least if you avail yourself of them as would typically be the case when bringing a young child. We left 3 nights early to stay at places we found more to our liking where we could walk to restaurants and to the ocean.
