The house is very spacious and in a good location. The view is incredible.

Unfortunately the property needs maintenance and a very thorough, deep clean. Outside there were cigarettes butts and beer bottle caps, the grass was long and gardens unkept, and there was also a broken pipe constantly leaking water onto the drive. The pool was unswimable, which is frustrating as it was a selling point for the house. Inside there were cobwebs, dirty walls, dirty rugs, stained cushions, and grimy, dusty windows. The ensuite shower was missing its glass/curtain, a kitchen chair was broken and there was a big hole in the back door.
