Rachel & Ed are excellent hosts. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and great location close to beautiful beaches and the airport. We also greatly appreciated the cold AC in every room! Honestly the house has everything you need, including all the kitchen/grill things you’ll need for a dinner at home, kayaks, snorkel equipment, small private beach, loungers and plenty of beach towels. The hosts were very communicative before our arrival and provided us with all the recommendations for restaurants, private chefs, photographers, etc. You won’t regret staying at Paradise Found Villa!

We rented Paradise Found for a few nights during our stay in late June. The property, owners, and property manger exceeded our expectations! The location is secluded and quite, while still being conveniently located within a few minutes to grocery shopping, take-out food, restaurants, and many beautiful beaches. The centralized location makes trips to the northern part of the island, Little Exuma, and Georgetown quite convenient. The house is well appointed - kitchen is equipped with all you need to make meals, furniture and beds are comfortable, lots of beach towels and floats for enjoying the water. There are multiple outdoor seating options - my favorite places for escaping the June heat while enjoying the view was the ocean deck and Tiki Bar! You will check in and never want to leave!

Paradise Found is a wonderful home just north of Georgetown that has the most beautiful water right outside the door. We found this house was perfect in everyway. If you never wanted to leave home, you had floats and kayaks to explore. The snorkeling from just walking into the water was amazing. This house is in a perfect location to drive and explore the island in either direction, north or south. Exuma is a beautiful island. We will definitely be planning another trip here.

We had the best time this week! The house was better than described - when we rent in USA, the spices and condiments are all gone. This place had everything we needed! That is such a small thing to mention, but loved it. Cleo, the house manager, is the sweetest and very responsive. Rachel, the owner, is the same. We had everything we needed. We made so many memories here! The property was large enough that even though we had two families, there was plenty of space for everyone inside and out.

We had a great stay at Paradise Found. Rachel was great to work with. House is exactly as described. Super clean and well stocked. The outdoor area is great for lounging day and night. Access to the water was a huge plus for cooling off plunge. There’s a beach just to your left about a five min kayak ride as well. Would definitely come back with a group.

1. Paradise fond was exactly as described. It's a great home in a great location. Located between the airport and George Town it was convenient to both. A really nice, little grocery store was just a short walk away (about 10 min).
2. The property was well stocked with 2 grills, and the tiki bar was really cool. There were plenty of beach toys and games. Don't underestimate the size of the patio. It's huge and was one of the best parts of the property.
3. Rachel, the property owner was probably the best part of the the whole experience. Without going into a lot of detail, she went beyond the call of duty. She basically rescued three weary sailors on arrival. She also was proactive in guiding us on what me might do.
4. If I had to nitpick, not having a beach there was a little downer but with beautiful, world class beaches just down and up the road made this really insignificant. Plus, it's always more fun to venture out and explore.
In summary, I would definitely visit Paradise Found again. I can't wait to get back ASAP!

Wonderful family vacation home. Beautiful views, central location to beaches, restaurants, boat rentals and groceries. Villa is perfect for a family. Grandson enjoyed the large sandbox giving relaxation to mom and dad at the end of a beach day. Island is so family friendly.

We went on a girls trip for my 45th birthday. The property and house was absolutely beautiful, the host and manger were very attentive and the driver gully was simply amazing and helpful. We would love to go back as a couples trip. The ocean right off the deck was invigorating and undescribable. We saw a song ready and a sea turtle right off the deck. The house has everything you could need for a pleasant stay.

The pictures say it all. The views are stunning. Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked dinner every night. We even bought lobsters from a local and made the best lobster dinner I have ever had. Cleo was super nice and helped us find a minister for a last minute vow renewal. Renting a boat is a must, loved da' sandbar just across the way.

Paradise Found has everything you could want in a vacation. The house was awesome and loved the LANI and Tiki Bar. Weather didn’t cooperate but we had a great time when the sun came out. Wish the beach access at bottom of stairs was more accessible to older adult. Overall we had a great 69th birthday celebration!

This was our first experience at a vacation rental while in the Exumas, and it was a good one! I most enjoyed how truly private the home and back yard paradise felt. We got in the water off the back of the property several times and there is a bit of rocky area to traverse but then you quickly get to the white powered sand bottom. The water everywhere on this island is just amazing. Beds were very comfortable, there was nothing we were missing, and it was really nice to be able to use the washer/dryer (and cooler) during our stay. Wonderful host and experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Paradise Found. The home was well stocked and the location was perfect. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We were able to explore the entire island and felt like the home was centrally located. The owner provided everything we needed for our stay. The recommendations that were shared for excursions and dining were some of the best on the island. Highly recommend staying here.

The house had everything we needed and more - especially with the all of the outdoor extras provided for to use. Our family just got back from a week of celebration down in the Exumas, and we highly recommend Rachel and Ed's Paradise Found! We researched thoroughly many months ago and found this one checked all the boxes for what we needed. Kayaks, ice chests, plenty of bath and beach towels, floats, all the 'pay-it-forward' sunscreen, shampoo, spices, and yes, a little rum (yay), plenty of waterfront seating, deck access from the master, a fully stocked kitchen, a screened porch, a tiki bar, and also surrounded by all sorts of wonderful creatures and spectacular views. What more could you ask?
Communication was exceptional - we could always text or email to get extra info or last minute details. Check-in was a breeze - someone met us at the airport and had us follow in our rental car to the property, where we were met by yet someone else to give us a quick tour of the house and where things were located.
Even when we had the rain day that's to be expected, we had a place to sit and chill and wait for the sun to come out. The location is excellent with Smitty's grocery just down the road. We ate at Shirley's several times because it was so close and a known good! Took several day trips, but we were also just happy to hang there.
What meant the most to us I think was that the place was truly a home - a lot of history, personality, and memorabilia that told us who they were. And we loved it all.

Our family has visited Exuma a couple of times, but this was our first stay at Paradise Found. The house is beautiful inside and out and super comfortable. Our kids had a great time with the outdoor Connect4 and other patio games. Adults enjoyed the multilevel decks and seating areas. Honestly, the only part of the home that I would change is that I would push the deck further out over the water so you can jump directly in- the rocks can be a little treacherous, but we didn’t mind them much. That is just something that spoiled us from a previous Exuma rental! Honestly, you can’t pick a better location- Smitty’s grocery is super close and you can swim with sea turtles in Hooper’s Bay in 5 minutes! We really appreciated not having to drive in to the Exuma markets for groceries. Also, Cleo worked with our trip concierge so that our house was pre stocked with our groceries before we arrived… Her willingness to do that was fabulous. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. 10/10 - would definitely recommend!

The property was just as pictured which was a wonderful confirmation upon arrival. Cleo, the fabulous property manager was in touch with us and met us at the airport as we left baggage claim. Took us to Berlies to pick up our car and had us follow her to the house (pointing out the markets and beaches along the way! She even brought us some beach towels as we could not check in… we arrived at 7:30 am!
The back deck and porch were a dream- our girls loved the games and kayaks/ paddle boards. Kitchen was a great size and well equipped. Comfortable beds and plenty of beach towels!
We loved the walk to the private beach nearby especially. We had a good bit of rain but enjoyed the house and games, and had a wonderful trip. I hope we might return one day. If I could give this home ten stars- I would!

We don't repeat vacations, but we would absolutely go back!!! As soon as you drive up the house and can see the beautiful water just on the other side, you know you made the right decision to stay here. To say that the views are stunningly gorgeous, isn't doing it justice. The house is absolutely as advertised and the perfect home base for our vacation. Rachel was a wonderful host and very responsive to our questions. Their house manager Cleo meets you at the airport and shows you around, which is a nice and calming touch (especially when we were getting used to driving on the left). The wind and water were too rough to use the water toys, but we were still able to swim and enjoy the water.

Paradise Found is accurate as seen on the site. The home is lovely and they have not forgotten anything you might want for!!! The outdoor space makes this home special. This is our third time to Exuma and it never disappoints. The beach is often not there and it’s to rough to kayak etc but there are so many other beach options on the island it never bothered us. The views are just spectacular from this location. Rachel and Cleo were always easy to connect with and quick to respond. You won’t be disappointed with this VRBO.

Property had every we needed and was very clean. It was quite and comfortable. Beautiful night time sky’s, outstanding blue waters and multiple great beaches near by. Plenty of great restaurants. The property owner was quick to reply with any questions.

Wonderful accommodations! Everything was as described and pictured. Communication with Rachel was easy and prompt before and during our trip. The house is fabulously located near the airport and near Georgetown where all the restaurants and shops are located. Would highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island and cross the bridge to Little Exuma for a great day at Santana’s restaurant and Tropic of Cancer Beach. We scheduled a gorgeous cays tour to see the pigs, iguanas, sandbars and snorkeling with Peter Burrows! Rent a boat from Minn’s and explore the Harbour. The Chat n Chill pig roast on Sundays is a must attend! After a long day in the sun, Paradise Found is set up for a relaxing evening. The screened in porch is great for those nights the bugs are biting. Plenty of lawn furniture to watch the sunset! The kids loved eating at the tiki bar. The house is stocked with everything you’ll need and more. Thank you to the previous guests who have left spices, seasonings, condiments, etc. Our only complaint would be the internet availability. It was very unreliable. Communication with Rachel and Cleo was prompt and attempts were made to resolve the issue, without much success. We ate at Splash on the Hideaways Resort multiple times and utilized their wifi to complete necessary work and school assignments online. Thank you for sharing your property!

Paradise Found was absolutely amazing! The views every morning were unbeatable. It was the perfect size and set up for our group of 4 (two couples). We celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday, and we all agreed that this property made our stay in Exuma. We can’t wait to return!

Property was beautiful, and very clean. They really thought of everything. We had extra towels if needed, the kids (and myself) enjoyed the water toys, I even used a kayak.
Kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates and utensils as well as any small appliance you would need.
Rachel was amazing and answered any questions I had prior to our trip. I traveled with 2 small children and the property was set up beautifully for a family vaca. We spent alot of time at Jolly Hall beach just 3 minutes down the road. Our first 3 days the water was too rough at the house to enjoy, but the last 3 days it was amazing. The outside set up is beautiful with the Tiki Bar and different seating areas on the deck.
Overall great vacation and would recommend to anyone. We will be returning.

When my Husband & I were newly married we visited Exuma on a regular basis for vacation & always considered it our “Happy Place”, in the Bahamas. We had not been back to the Island for many years.
We recently chose to return to Exuma for a special occasion & stayed @ Paradise Found with Children & Grandchildren to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We are still in love….with the stunning shades of turquoise blue waters of Exuma & Paradise Found was the perfect property to relax & view them. The outdoor space was amazing during the day or @ night. We were very fortunate to experience a Harvest Moon during our stay, which was absolutely beautiful. The inside of the home was extremely comfortable & well equipped. We throughly enjoyed a very special Bahamian dinner for our Anniversary, that our Family surprised us with, prepared by Cleo. 😊 The food was terrific, along w/our entire stay, enjoying time w/Family!
