The location was centrally located to walk to the Historic District and Chapultepec Park along Reforma. But because of the a busy intersection it was very noisy with honking and loud whistles.

Lovely staff in a hotel significantly past its prime. Pros- good price, comfy beds, very central location. Cons- poor plumbing and AC, fraying carpet and smeared, chipping paint, definitely don’t stay on the 24th floor as concert venue is just above it. Lobby and elevators are sprayed with a noxious perfume every few minutes. Main buffet breakfast is excellent but executive business breakfast was mediocre and dinner was inedible so don’t pay the extra for the convenience.

Old fashioned Mexican interior room was cosy and made me feel like home.
The view from the 20th floor was amazing.
Breakfast was very nice and although I stayed for 5 night I didn't get tired of it.
Cleaning staff was very sweet and caring.

Although overall the stay was good, the first two and a half days the WiFi was not working and they did not change our room (we had two rooms) and the same room did not have a fridge. After several complaints the Wi-Fi was finally fixed.

I go to CDMX for business frequently and this was my first stay at Fiesta Americana Reforma. Now it is my favorite place to stay. I already booked for October 7-11. Fiesta Americana Reforma is my new go to hotel for business travel in CDMX!

Just I can said that I recommend this place highly

The carpet in our room needed to be updated. Windows were very thin so you could hear everything on the street even on the 22nd floor. The free breakfast and happy hour was a nice touch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great ans easy access to all the tourist I will defiantly stay here again.
