Wonderful second visit to this fabulous hotel. We definitely recommend for any visit to beautiful Geneva. Staff were superb and welcoming and hotel itself was just perfect. Will book again very soon. Highly recommend staying here.

Room as expexted, spacious and clean. Service was average at best; breakfast order not delivered and items forgotten from room service. Good location.

A nice hotel but they did not really understand when i asked for a room on a calm floor since there were not so many guest there when i stayed there. Unfortunately they gave me a room on a fully booked floor and all the rooms around me had guests that were vomiting and screaming the whole night. I could not sleep a second. For that kind of price I was hoping to not see so much mob behaving like that!

Great location, beautiful duplex room, but to hot though. Unfortunately they were not able to cool it down, cause they would have to turn off the heating for the whole hotel ?!

Pretty hotel with colourful desig , wonderful pillows but bed is not comfortable. I came earlier than 3pm which is the check in time, and i need to change to my work clothes for a meeting, the staff nor facility werent helpful for that. they were a little bit dismissive. the location is good, close to main train station and the fountains, however i would opt for the old town area when i go back to Geneva next time

Stayed here to spend a few days in Geneva following a Rhine River cruise. Front desk staff was congenial and multi-lingual. Lobby is attractive but not special as is the open first floor restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and bigger than we expected. Restaurant and bar were absurdly expensive but then again so is everything in Geneva. We found a very nice boulangerie on the corner of the block which took care of breakfast needs at a much better price. Very convenient access to the train station and multiple public bus and tram lines for which you get a free pass with your reservation

This is an excellent hotel! I stayed there for seven nights, and could not have felt safer or more comfortable. The hotel is very nice, and my room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. I could walk everywhere in downtown Geneva, including Vielle Ville, and the hotel also provided me with a public transportation pass for the duration of my stay. There’s a bus supposed less than five minutes away from which you can catch buses to many locations. We’ll be staying at this hotel again next year with our guests when we return for my daughter’s wedding.
