Definitely one of the better low cost hotels I've stayed at, the only thing we noticed is when we turned on the vent in the bathroom to let out humidity it kinda smelled like old broccoli? To the point it made the room smell like broccoli so we just didn't use the vent after we figured that out. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfy and they offered real hot breakfast not just dry oatmeal and they had a indoor pool which was pretty cool considering how cold it was.

Nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a 2 story motel without an elevator which was difficult for a family member with some mobility issues, as they put us on the 2nd floor. But overall, a nice motel.

Hotels.com says this Days Inn does not charge for pets. Hotels.com is wrong. Days Inn would not waive the fee either. Said it was their policy to charge. Only $25 so not that big of a deal. But a little annoying that Hotels.com was wrong and more annoying that Days Inn wouldn’t be a more understanding and honor what was said on the Hotels.com site.

The hotel does not have an elevator. The wall unit was not working and the room was freezing. We finally got moved to a different room around midnight and the heather was not the greatest but it wasn’t as cold as the first room. I will most definitely never stay here.

Nice clean room, but I was most impressed by the check-in; the gentleman saw my family had mobility issues and without prompting changed our rooms from the 2nd floor to the first, and then from "near each other" to "next to each other," all without our asking. It was refreshingly good, old-school service

It was amazingly clean. We checked in late. 24 hour coffee was awesome to make us feel relaxed. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Had to clean the toilet myself after checking in. Old urine all over it. Bed sheets were dirty and found 4 hairs in the sheets. Killed a kissing bug and another bug in the room.

Room was extremely small, no closet no space to put luggage or clothes. Bathroom unacceptable. (Looked like they patched the wall in 2 places and never cleaned drops of mud, sanded area and didn’t finish the job)
Horrible noise- every door in hallway could be heard all night. Flushing of toilet was crazy loud. If you needed extra towels or linens guest was required to pickup front front desk. $30 early checkin fee (even for 5 minutes was required) DO NOT STAY HERE. You will regret it!

Well located for Grand Canyon visit. Great value. Simple but everything you might need is available. Could improve welcoming at the desk, staff a bit cold. all the rest was nice.

Well, google maps did not take us to the exact location of the hotel. We drove past it into the downtown so be aware of that. Receptionist was alright. They do not provide complementary waters. Place was pretty clean. They have a pool and a hot tub. Room service did not clean our room even though we asked for it. I don’t know why did that happen. The downtown is really cute with small shops. Lots of options for food and ice cream.

No elevators. 2nd floor is not handicap accessible, and problematic for anyone with a physical condition that prevents yyou from carrying suitcases, coolers, etc. Up a flight of stairs.

The room was nice, business suite I believe. Plenty of room for 4 and our dog. Requested early check-in, got there early and then received notification that wasn’t available, waited for about 45 minutes for them to finish cleaning it. Overall, nice place to stay.

I was super delighted with our checkin. The host was very nice and professional. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the cleaning crew were very polite. The breakfast was pretty typical. Overall, we had a fantastic time!
