Our stay was very nice and the location is convenient to dining, etc. I would say the hotel appears a bit old, however it was a comfortable bed and stay.

Really clean and staff was helpful when we got there early. They were able to accommodate us and found us a room that was available to check in. I know they didn’t have to do that we were the ones trying to check in early.

Expensive for an over night trip. Not much around the hotel without a long walk. Very clean and a good location if going on a cruise.

Big hotel complex, had to “fend for myself” with getting luggage up, yes up some stairs. Not overly forthcoming about how to get to the right building in the compkex. High prices didn’t match the service given

It was peaceful and comfortable and you can hook up your Netflix account to the smart TV. What's all that I ask for.

Really liked the hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Want to rent the See doo's, sit in the fire pit area and pool next time.
Wanted to get to the 24 hr snack shop but couldn't get to it because the front reception door was locked when it showed going through there. Took one star off because of that.

The lobby music could be heard throughout the night in the room and the elevator around the corner was extremely loud as well. When asked a question about wifi, the front staff was a bit dismissive. I travel weekly and this was one of the worst experiences and not recommended.

Hotel Maya came in clutch when our Airbnb was a fail!! We were greater with friendly faces, a safe environment, clean room, comfortable beds, bedding & pillows, beautiful property and views!! We would stay again!!

Mold, bad electrical.outlet, no.microwave. fridge froze everything we put in it. Beds were.very comfortable. But the smell of mold was not pleasant at all. I have reported evrything waiting for response

It was a lovely property, but it was kind of isolated. To get to shopping was a long walk.

Nice hotel but the check in and check out times were inconvenient. The elevator was out of order and we were in the 3rd floor.

The only problem that I had was in morning having when having breakfast. when entering the restaurant, the food being offer had many flies roaming around the food that was offer to the guests and found flies inside the fruit cover. locations need manage and control this soon as possible. other than that was a great experience stay.

Nice place..good food...Same area as jetski to catalina tour...The Bathroom drains need to be cleaned out because it smelled but overall we will stay there again

The room was spacious and beautiful. Easy check in and parking. Quiet and beautiful rooms. Definitely will book again.
