Reserved a king size bedroom. Received a full size handicap room. I was very upset. Apparently they rented out my room and did not have another room available.

The check in was great but the card keys wouldn’t work and had to go the front three times to get them reprogrammed. The toilet wouldn’t flush entirety,maintenance didn’t come after telling the front desk. The pool wasn’t clean. It had a lot of floating debris including cigarette butts. The beds were comfortable tho.

When I called the front desk about the broken air conditioner in my room, the front desk lady was rude and did not have customer service quality. This hotel needs improvement in its rooms, and it is not the first time that I have had this problem with the air conditioner. They sent me an electrician while I waited 15 minutes in my room, and he could not fix it. They changed me to another room with almost the same issue: the air conditioner was not cold enough.

The room had not been cleaned thoroughly, there was a red wet spot in between the two beds approximately 10 cm in size, looked like blood, we put some paper on top and it absorbed through the paper, so it was not attempted to be cleaned. There were finger nails clipping next to the sink, so no wiping down up at the sink area.

I love this hotel. I have very fond memories when my aunt and uncle were married at this hotel back in the mid 80's. My only complaint is that the rooms need to be updated. Fresh paint and carpets goes a long way. The restroom counter tops need to be replaced as well. I felt safe and had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

There was no hot water the entire weekend. Their broiler went out and we had to take cold showers. No one cared at the front desk

I LOVE STAYING AT CASA DE PALMAS. IT REMINDS ME OF BEING IN A MOVIE. VERY COOL SET UP AND JUST REALLY NICE
