It was wonderful. I always look forward to staying there.

Ambience great, as were the rooms, restaurant and service throughout are stay. Real sense that the staff were well trained, and attentive throughout are stay. We have stayed at other hotels in Boston, but the Lenox is the hotel we will return to on our next trip.

Returning to the Lenox Hotel is like coming home. Lovely staff, big, comfortable rooms, central location, good choice of restaurants with City Table and Sweeneys.
I was given a Wellness room with an air purifier and the bed was super comfy with good pillows.
I recommend the City Table for breakfast, very tasty and good size portions.
Sweeneys was a good place for an afternoon drink with good "pub food".
The Irving has some interesting cocktails; I especially liked the Cinnamon Girl.
I highly recommend the Lenox Hotel and hope to return soon.

Lovely hotel. Great location, food in the restaurants was marvelous, great service and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Bed was great...had a bit of a bump but when I feel asleep it was a good sleep. Also, amazing umbrellas that were great for the rainy weather.Thank you!

Excellent service and location. But, frankly, this isn’t a 4-5 star hotel. First stayed here about 10 years ago, when it needed refurbishing; now, it needs a facelift. Loud internal workings in walls; mattress in need of replacing; tiny bathroom. I love vintage places, but this is too much.

Our go to hotel when in Boston. Have been coming here for several years. Service is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and dogs are welcome at no added fee! . Best of all are the Lindt chocolates on the pillows

Very nice place. I felt like we were always under dressed there though. Boston is a fast pace place and it was nice to have parking at the hotel.

Nice hotel, room good size, bathroom very old fashioned and needed updating, had a bath whereas a shower cubicle would be easier. Hotel entrance very dark and restaurant/bar closes early, whilst City bar was open until 2am and small not enough space for everyone to sit even in reception area!

The Lenox staff was very helpful and fun. The room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, and they provided a nice crib for us for our baby. There were lindt truffles on the bed when we came in and a nice filtered water station on our floor. Great experience

From the moment you step foot on the front step of this property it’s all amazing. The door men greet you so professionally and are very helpful. They have a car that will drive you where you need to go and offer such helpful advice during your travels. The lobby is beautiful with so much old character. The room was large and very nice. We had a corner room with 2 queen beds and a fireplace. Also a pull out couch. The gym is also quite nice. I highly recommended this property if you like old charm but it’s still clean and all modern amenities.

A frequent guest, I've always found the Lenox to be a great place to stay. A little dated, but the people are great, the rooms are very comfortable, and the location can't be beat.
