Our room was nice, but on the side if the building next to the freeway , very noisy! Did not sleep most if the night!
I talked to the front desk in the morning and by late afternoon was moved to a room across the hall. It was so much quieter! And I slept well!
Thanks to the curtious and caring staff!!!
Also had a great dinner in the restaurant and service was excellent!!!

Our son is in school in SC. Navy. We use this Hotel when we visit him. We absolutely love it. Always clean and that’s the most important for me. The suites are perfect. Plenty of room!

The HVAC drain was blocked, so the carpet was completely soaked, and you could smell the mildew, I woke up, and my sinuses were completely closed from the smell. Also, the coffee maker only worked halfway and spilled water everywhere.

Our stay was great. The hotel was very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the staff at the front desk were very nice and they even gave us fresh baked cookies when we arrived. The hallways were extremely warm amd the ice room was brutally hot. The 3 star staff rating is because of one employee who was very rude to my daughter when she ordered a tea from the bar. All in all I would stay there again!

Our stay was good. The only negative was the refrigerator in our room didn't work and the carpet needs cleaning. Overall it was good. The staff was very nice and the food in restaurant was good.
