The beds did not have the fitted sheet just flat sheets the bath tub could have been cleaned better

We were treated so nicely by the gal who checked us in after missing a flight and needing to stay somewhere after a very stressful travel experience. The only negative part was the girl was super unfriendly who was standing out front at the valet. The next day we were told the shuttle comes every 30 minutes so we got there 20 minutes early and I ran to get a coffee And the shuttle came 15 minutes early and left without us. She was not very nice about it kind of brushed us off. We ended up spending more money on an Uber, but other than that, it was great.

I would have preferred a higher floor for a better view but we checked in very early. The tub had a constant flow of water that you couldn't turn off, such a waste. The parking fee is ridiculously high for self parking

They were multiple conventions going on even though 700 guests were checking out the following day the staff provided impeccable assistance Service as well as the coffee shop and Brew restaurant had amazing Burgers highly recommend

From valet parking to check in process everyone is so nice and welcoming their guests. We have to add one more booking to the original one. Hansel, the front desk staff was so patiently to help us combined two bookings into one so we done have to move around.

My husband and I did a weekend getaway for one night so we can go to the zoo. Everything was average. The only concern I have was a push pin tack was on the carpet and my husband almost stepped on it.

The hotel was lovely and modern, however the fragrance that the hotel uses throughout is terrible for people who are sensitive to smells and have allergies. My husband and I had to take a Benedryl each night before we went to sleep.

Very well appointed hotel. Free ahuttle service to and from the airport in addition to two local restaurants on either end of the island where the hotel sits. Great amenities, wonderful food choices and the staff could n I tbjave been nicer. Highly recommended!!

It was wonderful. The pool area was great, the fire pits. The deodorizer they used in the carpet had my sister in law stuffed up the whole time! She would leave to go eat and be fine, come back and be so miserable 😣. Also, didn't know there was more than one building. I should have asked to be in the same building as my family. Kinda inconvenient driving back and forth.

This was our first visit to San Diego and this hotel did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. The view from our room was awesome and we were lucky to be able to see fireworks from our balcony and it was not even July. I cannot wait to come back to San Diego and I will definitely stay here for the next visit.

Great location and the water side rooms have a stunning view of the marina.
Lobby and adjoining restaurant are stylish and welcoming. Great addition is the deli/gift shop in the lobby that’s stocked with an abundance of unique food/gift items.
Only suggestion, get different coffee makers.

Arrived and was informed we were to be put in a different building 1/2 mile down the road, wasn’t aware they had a number of sites and had choose this hotel because we’d be told it had be recently renovated to a high standard. They said we could stay in the renovated building if we paid and extra $75 dollars. Which we did, thankfully having subsequently read the reviews of other building. But it felt like we’d been shaken down.
Overall the new hotel was lovely, the facilities were super nice too. The room was ideal for a one night stay prior to an early flight. Great views too.
