Nice location, great breakfast, good price. We hade to switch rooms three times. First one due to heavy cigarette smell in the carpets and walls. Second room hadn't been cleaned with dirty dishes and no new linens and towels. Third room we got we stayed it too hadn't had the beds made. The rooms are nice but the service and willingness to remedy the terrible check in procedure by the staff was the worst I've ever encountered. Loud sighs and stating "this is not my job". It sure as h e double l isn't the customer's job to make the beds or do the dishes. Other than that, good stay. But the initial welcome kind of soured the whole stay.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, a small kids room with toys and spacious room for family with children and proper beds for all 4 of us. It has a small cooktop, kettle and coffee machine. Also toiletries for the bathroom

We really enjoyed how easy it was to get to the car, pool, breakfast buffet. Adult and 3 kids, enjoyed the room set up.

perfect family stays, rooms are ideal for family including fridge and stovetop, very friendly staff and supportive hotel, lovely pool and facilitites, nice gestures such as little teddy gifts for the kids and treats for the pets.. Simple, non fussed

Friendly staff, cosy, clean and spacy rooms.
Beautiful scenery, and tranquility surround the hotel.
The only comment would be in regards to the dinner buffet, which was ok.
We are already thinking of coming back next year.

The hotel is nicely located with view to the valley. I could still check in till late. Short distance to shops and restaurants. Swimming pool is a bit cold to step in, but once in then it is ok. Beakfast buttet is ok. Didnt try dinner since its easy to eat out. If willingen is too small then about 30min drive and you are in Winterberg.

We spend five days at the hotel and were travelling with óur two kids. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and the facilities it had - the small pool, the restaurant, the room and the sorroundings. We had a debut skiing and had access to a small slope 250 metres from the hotel but had to drive into the city for the bigger skiingarea. Overall a great experience and a great match for a family trip.

Rooms very clean and comfortable BUT no tea and coffee facilities and can only use kitchenettes and Crockery at a surcharge. Bit disappointing! Great leisure facilities for such a small hotel although no towels for pool or sauna, your expected to use the in room towels but you only get one per guest. Reception did happily provide some spares though. Had to buy tokens to operate the jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet superb. Overall an enjoyable stay and value for money, Wouldn't book again though.

Far exceeded my expectation sin all ways. Room was large, clean, modern and comfortable. Spa area was very nice. Restaurant and common areas were also pleasant. Staff was friendly enough. Very much enjoyed our stay.
