At check in they charged my card $100.00 “damage deposit “. The girl said that it would be credited back at checkout. At checkout this morning, they told me that it would take 5-7 days for the refund. This ridiculous. No other hotel has done this.

Have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years and it is sad ro see it going down the drain. Current owners don't maintain. While some rooms are still acceptable, others are not. Mold in shower. Peeling wallpaper. Missing mirror at door. Broken furniture. Stains on comforter. My buddy had roaches in his room. One vending machine broken, drinks in the other one expired by one month. Wanted to check in at 1:00pm (instead of 3:00). Rooms were available, hotel almost empty, owner insisted in a $20 early check in fee. Thanks but no thanks, time to move on.

I booked the property because of the pool. I kept checking it was open, but when I got there, it was padlocked closed.

Stains on the bedding. However kind staff. It wasn’t terrible. But could have been cleaner.

The property is nice and the staff is kind. Our room and bathroom floor was dirty and had to pick up dog poop off the floor. We stayed for two nights and house keeping made beds but didnt vacuum. Not too impressed.

I stayed on the 3rd floor someone was blasting music to 2am I couldn’t sleep , the blankets were not comfortable but the room was nice

Glad to see they upgraded the TVs in the rooms. Sorry to see they are now only offering a hot breakfast on weekends. I have stayed in this hotel for the last 8 years and this is something new this year. Please bring back the hot breakfast every morning. Also the wall paper in the shower area was bubbling and coming loose and needed some serious attention.

The staff were lovely but this property is run down and needs to be kept to standards. The rooms need cleaning (bed spreads 2”were white but filthy & showers had mold). Carpets in hallway need cleaning badly.
Breakfast only serves hot items on weekends. When items like apple juice and milk run out no one replenishes.

Didn't like I had to give a 100 dollar deposit. I feel this deposit should be included in rental of room price.

The bathtubs were chipping, no safety guard on bottom of tub to keep you from slipping. Mold in the bathtub wall area. The carpets were very dirty especially in the hallways as well as the rooms.
We had to ask for our room to be cleaned, they missed our room two days in a row.

Had to wait at least 15 minutes for front desk person to return in order to check out. Staff wasn’t at front desk all the time.
Told hubby this is the second time we’ve given Quality Inn a chance and they’ve let us down. NO MORE!!! Would rather stay at Best Western or Crown Plaza than Quality Inn.
