When I first got to the hotel, I found dirty napkins on the floor. Then I tried to use the safety deposit box and it didn’t work. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. This is now 10 o’clock at night after driving two hours to the hotel and I had to go back down to talk to them and let them know that my phone wasn’t working. The next day they did replace my phone with the working one. But they did not replace the safe deposit box with one that was working. So I had to call them again and wait for them to come and get new box to be reset. Then I come out of the bathroom and I stepped on this screw that is pushing out of the threshold and I hurt myself so badly that I could not walk. It broke Skin and I had to get a tetanus shot and when I asked the manager about this, he said to me “why was this not a problem two days ago?”Ugh!

The place s dated. Even though we had a non smoking room the whole floor smelled like smoke.

The whole establishment was basically half like half pillows, half blankets, half towels.
And when you walk into the main lobby where the food is there is a really bad smell like it is uninviting and unappetizing. We could not eat our food in the lobby and they have policies that I have never seen before. The fact that I can't bring my breakfast to my room.
Also the fact that they were allowed into my room 24/7 at will really annoyed me and did not like.
The icing on the cake and the why I'm leaving the review is because our balcony had was rotted and my husband almost left the floor

Old hotel, one of the balcony doors would not lock, sliding balcony door was really hard to open. The sink, when you ran water smelled like sewer. Did not feel safe in this hotel.

I went with my daughter for a beach overnight getaway. The check in process was efficient and the staff were friendly. We appreciated the lemon infused ice water in the lobby. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any outside noise and we liked the small balcony.
My only issues were the refillable conditioner and lotion bottles were empty and the tv remote was difficult to operate.
The location of the hotel was great and just a 5 minute drive to the shopping and restaurants.

Was unable to switch rooms due to noise, moldy smell and used the toliet. Refused to switch into another room. Asked for hotel regulations, refused and was told that they did not need to show anything.

While the rooms were clean, they were also dingy, dark, and worn - even the curtains were holey; no hooks in the bathrooms; sofa bed was ancient and incredibly worn out; WiFi was spotty; most of the USB outlets were not working. Close proximity to freeway and cheap windows/sliding doors made for a very noisy stay. I understand this is a budget brand hotel, but the quality of property and rates charged are not a good value.

The hotel is an old venue, and needs some maintenence.

HORRIBLE STAY. This hotel/motel is disgusting. Towels were still dirty. Pillows smelled like they weren’t changed. The curtains had holes and so dirty. Shower curtain was dirty. No shampoo or conditioner in shower bottles. We found two bugs (don’t know what they were) in our room and a couple of gnats flying around. I was extremely disappointed, especially since the price to stay here wasn’t cheap. No modifications made to the room, mirrors are old with stains. They don’t invest in upgrades. Carpet was dirty. Whatever you do, Don’t stay here! The only plus was they do have bed bug covers on their mattresses. Overall a dirty and dingy motel with no plans to repair or make upgrades! I will never stay here again!
