Gary behind the counter was super nice.
Place was a dump. Smelled like weed n smoke in the place. 1.5 out of 5.
Cops were called there, reg people live upstairs. Keycard didnt work. Breakfast wasent worth the 20 second walk.

The hotel was fine and the staff were nice but the pool was nasty and the chlorine levels were so high that it triggered asthma attacks in both of my teens. Over all, though, I got what I paid for.

The attendant was friendly and courteous, also answered all questions
The continental breakfast wasn't impressed.
The room not dusted, swept, the under blanket had hairs and felt like I was getting bit under sheets.

It was dirty, dingy and completely outdated. The room key cards had to be reset at the front desk every time we came back to the hotel. The staff blamed us for that every time.

The staff was nice and attentive other than the owner who was rude and accused me of stealing an item from the room. Maintenance came in fixed my shower head n working on the drain plus owner accused me of taking. When it was on his desk with notes the whole time. Owner is rude, it’s overpriced for what little it is. No kitchenette in rooms shower was broke as so was the bath tub drain.

Exactly worth the money. There are some semi-permanent residents, which can feel unsafe. Accessible room very tight for wheelchair, but at least there was a bench.

Front desk help was amazing at check in time. Beds were comfy. Rooms were basically clean. Housekeeping was very polite. Had 2 rooms. Would stay again…. I love breakfast. There seemed to be only cereal.

The rooms are loud and you can hear every word in the adjacent rooms and every foot step creaked and clattered in the room above us. We were visiting family and will probably stay in a hotel in this area again in the near future. It won't be this one.

Could not use the fridge for hours. Never got to use the hot tub which was advertised, and had to hunt someone down to ask about the pool so they could open it up and turn the lights on. Only 2 towels in room for 4 guests. Questionable people just hanging out outside and in lobby.

One of the employees was very unprofessional when it was time for check out. He accused me and my family of trashing a room and all the linens even though the linens were terribly stained once we arrived to the room. And when I proceeded with asking him to show me the linens, he took me to the linens room and showed me a single folded sheet that was ready to go back onto a bed.
