Overall cleanliness very good All staff very friendly & allways conversing with you asking if your ok we didn’t use the restaurant but the Meal we had at the Xmas party was excellent would definitely stay there again

Lovely hotel, but access to pool and spa was an additional £30 and breakfast was an additional £17.50.
Service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really slow, although when the staff appeared they were very pleasant.

Stayed here many times over last 7-8 years for business trips, always a great experience. Great hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Always stay here whenever near the area.

Absolutely fabulous!!
The staff were so friendly and attentive- nothing was too much trouble .
The hotel was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and had such attention to detail .
We made to feel like vips!!
The restaurant was a real treat ! Luxurious table settings , beautiful glasses and cutlery and oh my goodness the food was superb- one of the best meals we have ever had !! All with a fabulous bottle of wine that was recommended to us . We couldn’t have had better service
The spa was so good … such a choice of facilities and we really enjoyed our three hours in there - we literally felt like we were on holiday
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an escape away , anyone who needs a little ‘affordable’ luxury and anyone who enjoys quality with the personal touch

One night stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. The room was perfect. Staff were ace and the Spa was awesome. We will be back!

Food order was wrong and took a long time. Uncomfortable pillows but worst of all, the shower head was too low for me to wash under. I'm only 6ft2" !
I need to stay in the area regularly but I wouldn't stay here again.

One of my favourite hotels for a business stay. Always superb service, excellent food and lovely rooms. Have stayed here countless times and will keep returning.

I was staying 2 nights but before the trip I had to book 2 different rooms because of availability. When I arrived they had booked me into the same room for both night and I was upgraded to a room that might be bigger than my flat :)

Not the best customer service. Not offered any help with bags and asked for my breakfast order whilst walking away as though couldn’t be arsed.
Room noisy and doors banging on a night. Found a bug on plate at breakfast which made me feel sick but the staff were apologetic.
Gym crowded and classes full.
