All staff super nice, convenient for Football games

Would not recommend staying here at all. Our room was dirty as if it had not been cleaned. The shower had dirt and pieces of grass in it, so my wife and I skipped getting the hot showers we had so been looking forward to after 14 hours on the road. I’ve uploaded a photo but it doesn’t show as well as in person. I think our bed may have had bed bugs as my wife and I both woke up with bites all over our bodies and have been itching for about three days now. Our room also smelled like smoke and febreeze as if someone tried to cover it up. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff was nice. When I mentioned our experience to the manager I could tell she felt bad. She tried to discount our room, but unfortunately since it was booked through hotels.com there was nothing she could do. Avoid this one like the plague, or you might catch it.

My first stay in this hotel for a chiefs game. The friendliness of the staff is Amazing. I have no complaints. O would definitely stay here again.

Wanted to stay across from Arrowhead Stadium and this is as close as it gets. Chiefs were out of town or I’m sure this hotel would have been packed 😎and they were victorious again 😃

The staff was amazing! Breakfast was so good. The parking lot was crazy and we had to park super far and walk to the lobby in the rain. I wish there were more than 1 entrance with the hotel key to get in.

More handicapped parking would have been good. Our room was wonderful, and the breakfast was good also.

Amazing place to stay

Rooms & bathrooms outdated. Staff was rarely to be found at the front desk. Breakfast was chaotic. . no plates, silverware, glasses. Had to walk in kitchen 4 times to request utensils.

Staff was polite but only one working elevator. Bar was closed for the day, which was one of the reasons I choose this property.

Nice and helpful staff. Flew down for the Chiefs opener, hotel is well situated!!

All in all, a good stay. We did however request that a bedding change take place after our first night (we stayed two) and it never happened, despite specifically requesting it through the front desk in the morning and then also having our please service the room sign on the door.

Close to what we were in town for and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that out of two elevators, only one was working. I was on the 3rd floor and started taking the stairs which was faster than waiting.

the only thing this hotel has going for it is your walking distance from ballparks.... for that i paid $200 a night for dirty room, low water pressure, disgusting slow drain in shower, pool was closed for most of stay, bar/restaurant also closed, only one elevator worked, bfast is half decent.... i will find a better hotel and drive to the ballpark next time

The check in was awesome. Lorrane the bartender is the best! We were 3 nights. Not once was our room cleaned, given fresh towels or toilet paper.

Its a quick walk to the stadiums! I wouldn’t trust going to the gas station attached to the property though.

Easy check in. Staff very pleasant. Katherine and Dee-Dee were so helpful and resourceful. They gave great suggestions. Room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The young lady (with the braids) kept the area clean and food filled up. She always had a smile. Sorry i didn’t get her name.,she helped me with my waffle. The maintenance man Hose came quickly to fix our safe. I was there celebrating my 65th birthday with my sister. My son treated me to the opening day of the Kansas City Chiefs game. Staying at this hotel was pricey but well worth saving me from renting a car or dealing with a Uber. I looked out my window at all the people and cars still trying to make it out and I had already got back, showered and eating a snack. I will definitely be back. Next time I will visit the well kept swimming pool.The only drawback is that there isn't anything else near except for Taco Bell and Subway. .

We stayed for a chiefs game. There are other reviews that mention how old the hotel is, which is true, however, it was clean and well taken care of/updated. The staff was wildly friendly and happy to help. Finally if you’re coming for a chiefs or royals game you can’t beat it- you have police to help cross the street in traffic and avoid the hours long wait to get out of the parking lots. Will be back!

The rooms were nice, the sliding door to balcony was screwed shut and didnt open. Beds were nice and comfy.

Game day with the KC Chiefs, and only 1 elevator in service made things a little slower. The staff was super nice. Facility was clean and very convenient to walk to and from the game. Would stay here again.

Do not reccomend staying at the property, even if you are going to the stadiums. The hotel rooms are dark, musty, and we found roaches in the room and immediately had to leave. We thought the hotel would handle the problem but now we are fighting for the refund after they promised a full refund. The location is only ideal for the stadiums otherwise nothing else around there

Not 5 star but the best in the area. Not much to do in the area except the sports arenas.
