My daughter and I were in Baltimore for a concert. The hotel was gorgeous and our room was beautiful! The front desk staff was awesome and we will definitely be back!

Staff was outstanding and welcoming. Accommodations were excellent. Neighborhood is great and a hidden gem in Baltimore. Note the elevators are slow but to be expected in old bldg. Rooftop restaurant has amazing views of city.

The hotel is stunning! The cleanliness and details and marble bathrooms and decor also stunning! However, 1st room's tv didn't work. They moved us to a room where the the bedding was never changed and sheets were missing and garbage was thrown in the closet AND the phone didn't work. After spending a half hour on these problems I checked out and didn't stay. 2 chances to get it right was enough for me at this price range. Drove home to NY exhaused instead at 1am instead.

We stayed 2 nights. Our king suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager at the rooftop bar was very nice and helpful as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully appointed decor that stood out, and an accommodating staff that was second to none. The hidden speakeasy bar was a fun touch, and the food I had at the hotel was quite tasty and reasonably priced. I'd absolutely stay there again. My only minor constructive criticism would be to have room service and/or stocked mini-bar and fridge in the rooms.

Hotel Revival Baltimore was in the heart of historic Mount Vernon, bringing history with a modern 2024 flair. We enjoyed our trip to Baltimore and our stay at Hotel Revival magnified the history in the city. From the inviting lobby to the spacious room, we felt welcomed at Hotel Revival.

I have never had such wonderful service in any hotel at any price as I did at Revival. They are friendly, professional, and responsive. We will be back soon!

Hotel Revival is a very cute hotel. The decor is amazing and very detailed. We felt very safe in this hotel, and the staff was all very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend and use it again if we ever go back to Baltimore.

We really enjoyed our stay - the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and the staff were friendly extremely friendly. It was also a very short and free bus ride from the Amtrak station which was very convenient. I would stay at Hotel Revival again without hesitation.

My experience at this hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had for the amount of money it cost per night. 80 degrees and a non working A/C was absolutely ridiculous. Receiving a box fan to circulate hot air is beyond my comprehension. Not being fully compensated and or at least partially compensated is inexcusable. Having maintenance who cannot fix a problem and pretend as if they did is a problem. The hotel appears to have this regal/modern flare yet most staff were in street clothes except valet. The manager had a hoodie and jeans on and he’s expected to represent the hotel? It’s mind blowing. I couldn’t tell him from a person on the street. The quality of service does not reflect the standards of the hotel.
