Booked a last-minute Labor Day getaway weekend trip for me and my family and overall I did enjoy the property and especially my time on the beach itself. However, I was very disappointed with the hotel in that I had booked a room requesting two queen beds and they did not accommodate me as per my request. They only had a king bed room available, even though I clearly had stated that it would be for two adults and one child, staying in the room. All that they could offer me was a rollaway bed for myself as I gave the king bed to my wife and daughter. Otherwise, all other accommodations were satisfactory

Hotel was nice. There was an issue with the shower not draining. Took 45 min for someone to come up and fix it. Then they had to come yet a second time.

We stayed for 2 nights and had no sleep either night! Music from the bars is extremely loud and goes on until 4am. The hotel needs to invest in double glazing ! We moved rooms and then had the loudest air conditioning units blowimg all.night. if you want to sleep do not stsy here !!

Our first room was so noisy that we were up all night dur to noise from the street. Could hear every conversation of people walking outside from the 3rd floor. Asked for a new room for the second night of our stay which was accommodated. Upon entering new room, which was non smoking, there was cigarette ash all over our “clean” pillows and comforter. As well as a Cheeto on the floor when we got there. The floors in both rooms looked filthy. The showers in both room were filthy. And the shower door was off the hinge in our first room. Will never stay again.

The property was nice it just the staff was kind of pain in the butt

This was our third time in Clearwater, but this was our first time staying at the Hilton. The property is extremely nice! This is a resort style and they do have a resort fee, just so you know. The area is very nice and clean. They do a great job on upkeep. It does have “two” pools but the one is very shallow. The pools are extremely nice and clean. When the outdoor bar is open they don’t have people walking around taking orders and bringing you food and drinks which is extremely nice! Overall the hotel is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Room service gets in and out very quickly in the morning. Overall we were very impressed. We will absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing time with this property. It was clean and full of activities and fun.

Love the location and closeness to all amenities. Beach is right out the back door.

The building and rooms are very outdated and in need of refurbishment.

The hotel is really nice we stayed 2 nights, just the pool area doesn’t have good shade from the sun so be ready to get a sunburn, I wish they improve more palm trees to cover the umbrellas from the sun

Our air conditioning did not work right for Friday and Friday night. We had to change rooms and they new room had blood or something red on a pillow

The Hilton in Clearwater was nice because of the beach and areas around there were easy to walk to. The hotel room was nice. The sliding door on the bathroom was less than desirable because of privacy. For the amount of people at the resort, the elevators were congested most of the time. I would definitely stay there again.

Our check-in was delayed by over a half hour because they had us down for staying four days when I was clearly only staying for one day and made us sit in the lobby while they made corrections and checked everything. They don’t offer free parking, which is insane not to offer on a high-end place to stay at. We had to pay for valet. Parking would never stay there again not up to the same standards of other hotels in the area.

I liked the location on the beach. Was not a cheap restaurant close by so i did not like the face that my room had a mini fridge and no microwave so we could store and eat leftovers instead of having to spend money every night. Even 1 star motels have a microwave I mean really and this is a resort lol… and we was a day and a half with no hot water but they did get it fixed before we left. The room was supposedly for two adults and a child but the beds were definitely too small for two average adults. Our air conditioner did not ever get the room below 74 and it was loud and raddled which also made it hard to sleep on top of the small beds lol… our bathroom had no ventilation so when someone used the bathroom the smell would linger for a bit throughout the room. Idk atleast we had a good view but I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that had a lot better rooms.

Beware of additional mandatory resort and parking charges that amount to 65 dollars a night.
