I don't typically leave reviews but unfortunately this was the most negative hotel experiences i have had - i travel for work often and have stayed in many hotels around the globe.
The room was dark and dingy and the air was heavy and stuffy.
The blankets on the bed consisted of a single sheet and a very thin blanket on top, it was quite cold in the night. The walls were incredibly thin, i could hear doors slamming when people came and went - this woke me up a few times in the night. I could hear everything in the rooms close to mine - conversations, dogs barking, night time activities...
I woke up in the middle of the night to an incredibly loud noise when the shower turned on in a room around mine.
The TV had no cable and when i turned it on, the TV was set to the french language. While the staff at the hotel was friendly, the rooms simply were not as they were pictured and the cost of what i was charged did not translate into the quality and state of room i was given.
My room did not have a bath tub but an open floorplan bathroom where the shower floor had no boundary into the bathroom area, it was quite slippery when i got out of the shower area. The shower head only stood about 4.5 feet tall, i am 5'9 so it was difficult to wash hair.

Very well located to visit North LA. Staff very kind and pro active. We had a toilet problem and solved within the hour. Rooms are comfortable and enough space. Huge bathroom ! Point to improve breakfast lounge a bit too small and the light in our room 217 a bit dark.
But very nice stay in global.

Celeste made our check in easy. The morning woman was very pleasant at the morning breakfast. The woman setting up the breakfast was very organized, efficient and attentive to the items that needed to be supplied. The morning we were checking out, we met the manager Fred. He too was very friendly and helpful.

we booked this hotel for close proximity to UCLA, staff is friendly, room is ok too but the bathroom is very small. Toilet is literally across from sink so when you bend to sit down if you are not careful then will hit your forehead, it did mine.

Great customer service, quiet stay, and located in a nice location accessible to different areas of Los Angeles. We loved our stay!

They were very accommodating after an issue with my second guest that was added after the booking was confirmed. I called and added her but they had no documentation and I didn’t take a name and was on my flight when my nice checked in. They upgraded our room and finally after 2hours let her check in. Other than that the stay was great very easy access to public transportation, the breakfast wasn’t bad lots of options.

There was a storage room next to our room, and the staff seemed to use it frequently, adding to the noise with loud conversations and cellphone use. The hotel staff needs to be more considerate and learn how to maintain a quieter environment, especially in the early morning hours. Unfortunately, due to the noise issues, I cannot recommend staying here if you’re looking for a restful experience.
