We loved the room, accessibility, and amenities. We had a couple of drinks and food at the bar and really enjoyed the flavors. The hotel’s lobby is nice and elegant. Staff is courteous, friendly, fast, and accommodating -we requested a bath chair for my daughter with special needs and it arrived very quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Could not rate the property’s surrounding areas because we did not go out.

The staff were extremely professional and always greeted guests with a smile, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. However, the hotel's location was a bit inconvenient. Apart from the hotel's own restaurant and small shop, there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. While you can use Uber, and it's quite affordable in Mexico City.
