Tbis is by far the worst hotel experience of my life. It was so bad that we checked out after one night. Save your time and money. Stay somewhere else.

Couldn't use the kitchen, stove top had rust on the heating surface, woke up to a roach in the bathroom, no lights worked besides the on in the kitchen, food just laying in a stairwell, to mcuh surprised this place is opened still will all the health violations i seen being broken.

Paid $78 for the room at 11am. Then had to sit in the lobby for 4 hours till 3pm to get the key card from the front desk. Even though the maid said she had multiple rooms ready at 1215pm. And to top it off at 3pm when. I got the key I notice that the same exact room went from $78, down to $50. So I paid an extra $30 just to sit in the lobby? I am very unhappy with the situation. The maid staff was the only good experience I had with this place. If I'm not compensates in some way I will absolutely not be revisiting the this booking site, or the hotel.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. The experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share the following concerns:
Check-In Delay:in. This prolonged delay was frustrating and unacceptable.
Room Conditions:
Upon entering my room, I encountered several issues:
Sticky Food Residue: The floor was covered in sticky food remnants.
Spills: The fridge and freezer contained spilled substances.
Unsafe Stove Top: The rusty stove top appeared hazardous.
Broken Dresser: The dresser was literally broken, rendering its drawers unusable.
Persistent Odors: The pervasive smell of weed and cigarettes permeated the hallways and my room.
Hygiene Concerns: Under the cabinet, I noticed what appeared to be Bug droppings.
Overall Condition: The room felt unsanitary and unsafe.
Lack of Amenities:
There was no hot breakfast provided, which was unexpected.
I doubt the existence of any maid service at your establishment.
Management Response:
When I raised my concerns, the response was dismissive. A simple acknowledgment of the issues was insufficient.
I strongly believe that a refund is warranted given the subpar conditions.
Future Considerations:
I urge potential guests to choose an alternative—there are better options available.

Came from Canada for a night here. We got a pair of double beds in a clean room. Perfect size complete with all basic neccesities. All operational. Great shower, hot water. Great room for the price. All staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

Really disgusting room, stains and ashes everywhere. The whole place smelled like weed. Their were car alarms going off in the middle of the night, and people banging on the walls.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the palace where bonjovi was preforming his 10th sold out preformance in aururn hills michigan. The price was spot on and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Beware that the rooms don't come with a guest directory nor do they keep shampoo in the bathroom, so if you want to order food you have to go down to the desk and ask for menus and grab some shampoo while your down there:) Although the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night it only took about 30 mins for them to turn it back off, it was a false alarm, we got back to our rooms at about 1:20am and they didn't charge us for pulling the smoke alarm off the ceiling either:)
I would stay again:)

This hotel room was not clean when I entered it - the bathroom was definitely not cleaned very well if at all - I was very uncomfortable staying in the room so I called the mgmnt & they moved me into another room that was pretty much they same way - I did not have a good experience here & would not reccommend it to anyone else!

I would go back to this hotel. It appeared to be clean and the value for price paid was excellent. Good wireless internet connection for a flat rate. I will overlook the roach behind the wastepaper basket in the bathroom; I guess that could have happened anywhere.

Do not stay at this hotel until they renovate or change management. Its a complete mess.
