Unfortunately first room we were given was very mildew/moldy smell! Being allergic to mold it was a room I could not stay in. After making the desk about they assigned a new room, this was better but had the same smell just a little less. I made it through the night but throat was sore. Glad to leave early to catch plane. The mold was coming from the air conditioning unit.

Beds were decent, staff was friendly, didn't get alot of sleep but that's my kids fault not the hotels 😂

5 minutes from airport and 2 minutes from mall. Good breakfast. Older building, partially renovated.

Room is set up so uncomfortably. Be careful getying in the shower tub has a crazy slant and causes you to slip. Refrigerator and microwave are in the bathroom (why just why) airport shutyle runs every hr but listen to this you cant get on that hourly scheduled shuttle unless you let the desk clerk know that you need a ride. Question if the shuttle runs every hour anyway why would you not allow customers to board? Just difficult for absolutely no reason at all. If youre on the second floor you have to go to the 1st or 3rd floor for ice. Really lol. Now the bed has heavy bedding thats the only redeeming quality of this place.

I felt very safe being a female solo traveler. desk staff was nice when I needed them for something, all in all I would definitely go back And stay again at this hotel.

They need to improve their communication skills with the guests , if you need a butler ask for Wilson he’s the best , so far I liked my stay

The rooms were fairly nice but smell of mold or Mildew. There were no towel racks. The refrigerator was in the bathroom…gross and unsanitary. Lobby and rooms are smaller than they appear on the website.
