Consistent great service at check in. Nice clean room at a comfortable temperature. Quiet and relaxing night.

There was no hot water at all. Nobody warned about it, not even when I was checking in. I was later told that there would not be any hot water during my stay because of some repairs. I had to check out five days earlier and move to another hotel. Now, your hotel doesn’t even have the decency to refund these days. Hotels.com let me know that your hotel refused to refund.

Seeing the rating on hotel.com made me ok to pay more for the premium room and it was not a four star hotel. Room was older and sliding door was dirty and water stained. Bathroom wall paper was peeling off and shower head hardly worked. Beds were so uncomfortable. Was going to stay an additional night but decided no way.

The bed was okay , the pillows were horrible, very uncomfortable . other than that it was a great stay

The room smelled like it has been a smoking type room so I called front desk trying to change rooms and the lady wasn’t happy about it and kind of dry with her answers, at the end she ended up sending some kind of machine to help with the cigarette smell.
Not really help so it was very bad sleeping there.

Carpet super super dirty and all the furniture is very old and some are broken

Bathroom door bottom needs repair or replacement. Previous water damage caused it to loudly scrape on the floor when opening or shutting the door. Also, the shower curtain would not stay completely closed at both ends.

I was surprised at the lack of updates, i.e., no elevator, lack of adequate outlets in rooms, Having only one person staffing the breakfast area created many inadequacies, i.e., many tables were dirty, curdled milk not replsced, empty food trays not replaced. Food very bland.

Not bad considering the age of the property. Pool was gorgeous and not overrun by people or kids. Very convenient location. Check in and out was efficient but not terribly friendly. Internet was a little spotty, some days it was good enough for video conferencing, other days barely sent emails. The restaurant service was great, limited menu but food was pretty good. Comfortable bed and the place seemed clean.

We got up in the morning and went to lobby for coffee, it was barely even warm (both days). We left to go get coffee and there were crack heads sleeping in their car next to mine and as they drove away, began smoking out of their foil on the way out of the parking lot. Our last day there we were told check out was at noon. At 1045 am housekeeping knocked on my door and asked if we were checking out. Then waited outside my door for us to leave. Told the front desk and got “oh, sorry about that”

The one thing that I've noticed every time I stay there is the lack of an elevator. As someone who has Parkinson's, it's a challenge to have to climb up and down the stairs in order to get to my room. The back doorway is also lacking a ramp for a wheelchair. I'm not sure what needs to happen in order for this hotel to comply with ADA requirements for proper handicap accessibility, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who has mentioned this issue.
