I chose this hotel because it had a good rating, but it was one of the worst we’ve stayed in….carpets and bathtub totally dirty, very weak internet connection that most of the time there was no connection

It started out with a unfriendly greeting. There was a interaction with the patron ahead of us that set a tone of our check in being unfriendly and tense.
The toilet ran the entire time we were there.
The shower tub was dirty and black marks were on the tray.
The room hadn't been cleaned well as there were areas that were not touched in a ling time.
The hotel was run down with a few sketchy cars parked around back.
You could hear noise all night from the hallway.
Never staying here again.

Staff was good put in a room that was off street what i needed for rest Only complaint is room lacked excellent cleanliness things some people may not notice but definitely need to up there game on that ie wrapper on floor although looked clean bedding had a off tinge like over bleaching, no wash cloth, refrigerator needs defrosting it doesn’t hum, bathtub need good scrubbing

Upon checking in, I found that my bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub and used soap. I asked for a change of room they were unable to accommodate. and I had to clean the bathroom myself

The option of three queen beds in a room is excellent for families larger than four people. The room itself could have used some extra cleaning

It was average, but great location. Served the one-night purpose I was looking for. Guy who checked us in was nice and good at his job - friendly.

The room was 60 degrees when we checked in and had such a strong musty odor we almost checked out. Rooms in the area were scarce partially due to fire fighting teams in the area so we stayed put. Would not recommend. The from desk staff was very nice and polite.

This is one of the worst customer service I have received from a hotel. We stayed for 4 night in this hotel there was no housekeeping service for the time I was here. The room smell really bad and front desk are very rude. They over booked one of the rooms we rented out. I will not be returning to this hotel again.

We had a good stay here with our little dog. The hotel was as I expected and I rated it with that mind. Not a bad place to stay at all. It's about what I expected, which was not a 5 star resort but not a crack hotel either. I'd stay here again if I was in town.

Our room wasn't ready for almost 3 hours after check in. There was a long line of people waiting for rooms. We tried to cancel because of the room not being ready and were told we couldn't.
The place was noisy and had the most uncomfortable beds i have ever experienced.my wife went and slept in the car because of the noise and bad beds.

Hot tub broken, fridge had food left in it, my buddy's fridge smelled like death, always short on food for breakfast and a small dining area with a couple riff raff sleeping in it. The staff was really helpful and pleasant but house keeping was poor.

This was the worst stay we have had in a reallllly long time. Would like to start out by saying the hotel is nothing like how you see it online. Our room came with two adult towels. We requested more and the front office dude basically told us to kick rocks and he was way to busy to accommodate.. we need extra blankets for our children and they didn’t have any of those either. They ran out of pool towels. We were 5 mins late to breakfast and we just asked if we could take some apples and they said nope. We also asked for a late check out on a Sunday and they could accommodate. All in all they weren’t accommodating whatsoever.
