When you get to the hotel, they ask for parking fee. and let you sign on paper saying with a higher parking fee.

Great location. Wonderful facilities. The staff is very nice.

they didn’t clean my room even if i ask, it’s good that there’s no noise and breakfast was good

The only negative was that the wifi did not work and the staff was not upfront and honest about expectations regarding the service.

The staff were not very friendly
The attendant unplugged the toaster at 9.00 am whilst I had a bread in it. He said 9.00 is closing time.
Meanwhile the receptionist could be heard talking down to guests when simple questions were asked regarding keeping bags etc

My overall stay was pretty good the staff where good and checking in and out was very quick only
Thing is the hallways when walking to your room are pretty humid but everything else was perfect the room was very clean did have a kind on weird smell when first walking in but that went away after I got some air freshener

I did like that the night representative was very friendly. The other desk clerks were not friendly or knowledgeable about services offered. The supplies were limited and asked upon request.

Music was inappropriate for families foul language and loud. Staff were lazy. I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes a couple times and ended up having to yell to get them out of the back. There was no bell or anything. Also had an issue with our remote. The staff said there wasn’t anything they could do about it. I bought batteries so I could use the remote. I spent a lot of money for 3 rooms and am not happy.
