I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the reviews. We booked a night before a flight and a night after a flight. Both rooms had curtains that were not right (first room the curtains were not level and would not stay shut, kept sliding down and opened). The second room had curtains/shades that were not even on the track. The shower pressure was very good and the pillows were comfortable. There are lots of scuffs on the walls and the lobby both times needed mopped desperately. While I understand Buffalo after a snow is hard to keep up with mopping the salt up but we checked in for one room after midnight where there wasn’t anyone else around and it definitely could’ve been mopped. I will not book here again even with the low price point.

Great stay! Check-in was simple and quick. Hotel all around is very nice and comfy and welcoming (see beautiful holiday pic I took!). Room was fabulous...very roomy, cozy, and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and I have to say the comforter was the best comforter I've ever slept with (would love to know the brand name because I would purchase in a heartbeat!!!). Bathroom was clean and shower was very roomy. Complimentary breakfast was great!!!! Coffee, juices, milk, make-you-own waffles, eggs, potatoes, bread/bagels, etc. Definitely worth the stay and price and would for sure stay here again!

Lot of issues, it needs renovation. That was something in the bed that hurt my daughter. Breakfast was good.

Great stay, clean, friendly staff for the most part. Only issue with hotel is the grumpy man running the breakfast area. Totally understand there’s a time it closes down but he stood over all of us eating breakfast there and started shutting things down immediately at 9:30 am. He rudely told people they close down at 9:30. There’s no reason why it couldn’t have gone an extra 15 minutes. We all paid well to stay after the late Bills game, we didn’t get in until almost 1am because it took time to get back from the stadium due to traffic. There’s no reason they couldn’t have made an exception this morning. Definitely no need to stand over us pushing us out.

The carpet was very dirty and one lady from front desk was unfriendly. She didn't make eye contact with you at all and she answered your questions with a bad attitude.
Next day, the new lady at the front desk was more friendly and kind

Every employee I interacted with acted like I was bothering them. We were approved for an upgrade but didn’t receive it. The room was dirty with dust and mysterious splatters on everything. The one bed didn’t even have a mattress protector.

The entire state was a nightmare. The room was dirty. The power kept going out. The police were busting someone on the hallway. The staff was unhelpful. I'm not a complainer, we just needed a place to sleep, but this was just shocking.

The jacuzzi room had broken tiles in the shower, a broken shower head that made it almost impossible to shower without soaking the ceiling and shower door area. The bed was so concaved in the middle, my guest and I spent most of the night rolling around due to being so uncomfortable. The hotel claims to be smoke free yet the halls of the 3rd floor we were on smell of weed badly. The jacuzzi tub had to be manually drained as If lever was pushed it would go back up.

The shower is all chipped up. The furniture looks like my cat chewed it. The shower leaks onto the floor. The shampoo smelled amazing. There is an overhead light in the shower so super bright. Once I figured out how to work the temperature and change the intensity of the shower head, it was more tolerable. Also you have to flush like three times for it to work. LIke it shoots down but no water really cleans the bowl and you have to keep flushing to get the bowl to fill to flush and like clean the bowl. So even just for a pee, toilet paper just sits there. One of the screws in the shower door is also sticking half way out and the shower head was completely calcified.

Check-in and check-out was easy and without issue. Breakfast was good...eggs, home fries, sausage, along with bagels, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Simple and well laid out. I was worried about the airport being directly across the street, but it didn't hinder our sleep at all. Overall, this isn't a 5 star hotel and doesn't claim to be, but for the price and our experience, we would definitely stay again.

Hotel is renovated but still old. My room door was in bad shape, appears dirty and in ruins, appeared to break if someone just pushes it a little. It was a smokeless room but still smelled like smoke inside. Way too pricey for what we are getting.

The room was not clean. As we were checking in, police were busting someone on the hallway. Maybe drugs, I don't know. A fire alarm was going off. The power went out for a while. Initially, the key did not work. In general, it was a terrible experience.

Overall the hotel is very run down and needs to be overhauled. It's not very clean and could use some serious tlc. I personally would never stay in a hotel of this less than satisfactory calibur had I known ahead of time. Breakfast was very subpar to say the least and we decided to go elsewhere.

The front desk staff were nice and the shuttle was quick to arrive but the room and all basic areas of the hotel were dirty.

It is old and outdated. I only recommend if you are only staying here for a couple of hours due to arriving late from your flight and trying to save a buck or two

The hotel was well-located, providing a shuttle to the airport and access to a sister hotel's bar and restaurant. However, my room's door had signs of forced entry, the deadbolt was inoperable, and there was a significant air gap. The hotel's age was apparent in the rooms. Despite this, the common areas and cafe were clean, offered a decent breakfast, and were nicely decorated. Although the rooms were renovated, elements like the doors still showed their age.
