Very clean and large rooms. The only bad thing hotel booked and only 1 elevator but everyone made it work.

Internet WiFi was down the whole evening and morning, breakfast was a little cold, I can down at 7 a.m.

We enjoyed our stay. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful, we only had one minor inconvenience and he took care of it promptly upon bring it to his attention. We was assigned a room and upon entering said room it hadn’t been cleaned yet by housekeeping, I brought this to his attention and offered to have housekeeping clean it and us wait but instead he assigned us another room and all was well. It was a simple miscommunication between housekeeping and the front desk. I only got something to drink at the continental breakfast but it appeared there was a good variety and selection offered. We did get a late night snack from the little area by the front desk and it had a good selection too. Overall would stay here again if in the area.

Our room was very nice. Only issues were door key not working so they had to be re-keyed. The door throw was missing a piece that gave the door some play. Breakfast was good not great. Great location to convention center. Didn't use the pool but looked clean. Overall it was nice.

It waa a great stay, however when check in the amenities of the property should be explained and location of elevators.

Adriana on the kitchen did an excellent job food was delicious. Also staff was really friendly.

The lady who checked us in was the most welcoming, friendly, and kindest hotel receptionist I have ever met in my life. I wish she was at all of the hotels we visit.
