The customer service was amazing! And it was clean but the sofa bed was horrible old and worn out and ripped up. The covers in the closet were ripped up with holes in them and the condition of the room was old and not worth the money I paid for unfortunately. The pictures online looked better than the room in person.

Excellent stay. The perfect setup for our family of four plus our pup. The staff was very friendly with our pup. Having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen was ideal for one week. We will come back!

We had a handicap room, the room was large but the bathtub was very slippery, handrails should have been much closer to the edge of the tub/shower.
Biggest issue was any pet over 4 days and they charge a certain amount per day, we stay 8 days since we didn't book through there web site.
Pool was clean, breakfast was you would expect for a buffet. Good and clean area. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Our third stay at this hotel. Definitely won’t be here again for a few reasons.
Check-in: super nice and friendly guy checked us in, no problem there.
Room: room was good, but two of the three remotes didn’t work
You must be asking yourself “then why not stay again?”
Answer: we left our room for a few hours and we came back and noticed that someone had been in our room, and it wasn’t housekeeping because they actually came by at 4pm(really late) and asked if we needed cleaning, etc.
we had used a luggage rack because we had a lot of stuff to bring up (we have 4 kids) and had forgotten to bring down and so someone had come to our room while we were out, threw the few items we had on it on the couch and grabbed it… no note, no communication.. nothing
The next morning, The hallway smelled atrocious too.. made us all gag
Breakfast: not Hilton quality at all, couldn’t drink juices because both containers had mold inside (see pic)
The food was not good at all. And to top it all off, the breakfast attendant (the second morning), she was super rude and dismissive and they failed to put any condiments out for breakfast.. when people asked for any, the lady got an attitude for doing her job…
Not a good experience and won’t be back again. Hiltons need to do better and the expectations are that they should be better than this

HOTEL NEEDS a sign that says " all service animals" should not be allowed to be carried into the kitchen where you are putting your food on your plates. A woman who had a small dog in her arms - was carrying it by the food area's and the staff was intimated by her saying - this is a service animal. Clearly it was not, but regardless, the dog should have stayed at their table not where all the food was being placed on your plates, toasters, etc. Service animals provide a service --- the staff should ask " what service does your dog provide" that you have to carry it to the food section of this restaurant. But they backed down. THis should be a health regulation. Service animals are needed of course, but not fake pets that people make into fake service animal status. HOtels need to keep their kitchens and food areas sanitary. This was a big NO NO

Was a little disappointed in the room for the cost. The front of the sofa was broken. The carpet had rips in it. The bathroom door to the king room didn’t latch shut and there was also hair in the tub and sink. The curtains in the double room were stained. The king room also had glow sticks on the floor.

This was my third time staying at the hotel and it was so nice to have my family there and it was very accessible to the places we needed to go to and very comfortable for us.

Family trip so we had a two bedroom suite. Very happy with set up of the room, as it provided plenty of space for us to have our own area. Room was clean, furniture was comfortable and in good shape. Pool, breakfast area, and outside sitting area was very nice. Only complaint I noticed was walls were pretty thin and the hallways could have used a vacuum. Staff was excellent. Overall was very happy with this stay.

excellent hotel. Everyone was wonderful and the room is nice and roomy, breakfast was good, and the surrounding area is great.
Bedroom has a ceiling fan, which we always love with this chain of hotels.

Property need’s updating asap, staff were okay, surely not the cleanest hotel and pool area not so sanitary.
I guess this is WHY I’ve never chose to stay at Hilton Property before. First and last time, live and learn!

Everything was as expected-service, cleanliness, location. The rooms were much larger than I expected which allowed us to spread out. We'll certainly consider this chain of hotels in future travels. .

Enjoyed spending time with my family in Williamsburg. The room was just the right size and quite accommodating. The only feedback It had a strange smell in the hallway. We first thought it was someone cooking, but the smell lingered during our entire stay. Not the most pleasant odor. Otherwise, it was a great trip!

The Hotel appearance was very nice when we arrived. We had the 2 bedroom and it was spacious. We had an issue with the ac leaking and they took care of it right away. We asked for extra blankets and received them right away also.My grandchildren and I went to swim in the pool and the chemicals were not right. The pool was cloudy and our eyes were burning by the time we returned to the room. (we are avid swimmers.) I will say the breakfast people overall tanked the visit as far as the staff went. They were very rude. We had a couple things run empty by 8 am and then at 9 am they ran out of coffee in both regular pots, It took them 25 minutes to bring it back out. I would stay here again. Just some things to keep in mind

We were able to check in around 240pm. The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful. The manager was readily and available helping his staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we were close to everything.
