This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Knew immediately it was a bad idea but I went in anyway. The exterior of the property was very lacking. Was right beside a rail road track and assuming because of its location, by the tracks, looked as if transients were most all the time. There was losts of garbage on the ground at the entrance of the hotel. Walking into the hotel it smelled like Marijuana and looked like it was from the 1960s. The windows were dirty.
I probably shouldn't have but gave it a try. Checked in and went to look at our room. It was horrible. It was so dated, dirty and need of repair. Curtains were broken, looked like blood on the window seal, bath tub was dirty and corner of the bathroom coming apart.
Went back to the front desk and told them i couldn't stay there because i was not comfortable with the state of the hotel.

Last time staying here. The breakfast was not available (which was the reason I booked) and checking out realized that my car and several others were broken into during the night! I was not notified by anyone and was met with non chalant attitudes by staff. Very disappointing.

My stay was just a few hours to sleep before my flight out of Raleigh Durham. The bed was just perfect for allowing a restful snooze. The man at the front desk was so nice!

I was charged for the room with the wrong card on file. I was told I cannot be refunded. Never will do business with them ever again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable however, the room smelled like someone had smoked marajuna and the refrigerator didn’t work.

So my first room was on the 4th floor and as soon as I opened the door, the stench that came out of the room was horrible. I couldn’t stand so I went and got another room. The room smelled way better, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t too bad. But I still found pieces of hair on the bathtub. Other than that the outlet/ lamp that’s on the table barely worked. You had to finagle it the way you would when you’re mp3 player headphones weren’t working. Not fun or safe.

There are places to eat within five miles, but nothing I would recommend. The breakfast at the Hotel was continental and was good.

When we got there and check in , the lady upfront provided poor customer service with no fee options or anything , no microwave , no refrigerator , kids father is diabete wasn’t able to keep insulin refrigerated, room clean excellent , customer service terrible worst check in ever wouldn’t recommend to no one I didn’t enjoy my stay!

Not kept up, customer service was low level, usually I stay at Hampton or Sheraton...was in town for a game, so I stayed at La Quinta...will not stay here again at this franchise.

Nice stay as always. This is a preferred spot of mine. This time there were a few bumps but not horrible enough to keep me from returning. The thermostat did not work but room stayed cool, I just blocked the vent. The hot water in sink was warm and didn’t heat up. Shower was fine. And the shower curtain was short so I couldn’t close the ends. They kept sliding away from the wall so some floor got wet.

The staff was EXCELLENT! Friendly, accommodating just Wonderful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The television was easy to operate and offered a variety. My challenge was with the overall standard of the facility. There was a slight smell in the hall. Probably emitting from the carpet. The place could benefit from some updating or refreshing. Definitely needs to be painted and carpet changed. My room was nice and the bed was beyond comfortable! Breakfast was a plus, however there was not any Orange juice and the coffee was horrible. Staff effort and friendliness definitely helped me overlook some of the other issues.
Bed was comfortable, eggs and waffles were great.

The facility is old and the room is not well cleaned. The air conditioning doesnt work properly making the room not cool even I set it to 70. I saw cockroach crawling upon entering the toilet. Luckily I have my Lysol on my luggage just to disinfect the area.
