This property needs an upgrade in some areas, but for what I paid, not too disappointed. Love the hard floors instead of carpet!

Nice place to stay. It has undergone a recent renovation. Clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast was ok. It needed some healthier options such as eggs and fruit, though.

When we went to our room, it was still being cleaned even though the front desk said it was ready. The hallway smelled like wees, a gentleman was sitting in the pool area smoking weed. Water stains on ceiling. Stains on the comforter. Sprinkler head was full of dust, no smoke detector.

Shower pressure was excellent! Room for most part was clean. Bugs in light of bathroom and above sink. Dead roach on floor day we left. Think the bathroom floor could be scraped to get rid of grout spots. Would look nicer.

I really wish I could give this a higher rating because the staff were so nice. In all honesty though, the stairwell was covered in spilled alcohol that made your shoes sticky; the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke; the AC unit was unplugged and we didn't know why it wasn't working for half the day until we figured that out; and another guest had their door propped open at 4 am and was singing very loudly. I really questioned the cleanliness of the room when I saw how other areas were taken care of. I probably wouldn't stay here again. The price and photos made me believe it would be a little nicer than it was.

The ac in the room was Luke warm at best and the bathroom shower was poorly remodeled and toilet was not functioning properly. Would not recommend staying there again. I usually stay at quality inns and this was the worst experience ever.

Paint needed, check in process, slow, air conditioner, and first room didn’t work, then put in another room, it was humid most of the night, even with the air on, the hotel felt wet and sticky. Felt like it was clean, With host it was generally not a good experience. Feels like a poorly run and cheap feeling hotel. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The property was missing furniture such as the pull-out sofa bed that was advertised for the room I booked, the chair for the desk, and light fixtures. There was what appeared to be blood splatter on the walls. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they did not offer to change rooms, they allowed me to check out but still charged me an early checkout fee.

The blankets had stains on them. One looked like urine and the other brown, hate to think what it was. Nephew in other room said he thinks he had blood on his blanket

The staff was great 1 issue there was ice biulding up on fridge. Need 1 day to pull out & unplug so don't break.Nobodys fault wouldn't know unless u opened it. Wasn't upset about it at all still working just don't want them to have it break on them

The air conditioning unit worked, but evidently had been leaking for some time, so the room smelled like mildew. The desk had no chair. There was shampoo, conditioner and lotion but no soap. The bathroom door did not latch properly. The second room had a faucet handle that fell off with use. It also had a broken safety bar on the door. The only things to recommend this place are that it was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, but I would never stay here again unless the owners make more of an effort to improve things.

We arrived at 3 to check in. The clerk was nice enough but ready to go home. The first room had not been cleaned,the 2 and room the bathroom door did not close and the 3rd room the bathroom door would not open. We cancelled our reservation. The clerk kept telling us they just remodeled. I didn't see it.
