I recently stayed and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Dirty Rooms: Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture and stains on the sheets and carpet. Despite requesting housekeeping to address the issue, the room remained in an unacceptable condition. Unfriendly Staff: The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. They seemed indifferent to the guests’ needs and lacked basic customer service skills. Any inquiries or requests were met with hostility or ignored altogether. Unresponsive Management The manager never showed up. Overpriced: For the quality of service and facilities provided, the hotel is vastly overpriced. I expected a much higher standard for the rates charged. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of better options available in the area.

We did a two night stay and it was great. No issues and we checked in really late due to travel and they were great about it. The young lady at front desk Ashley I believe her name is and she even helped signed me up for rewards. I get hotel is a bit older and they are going to renovate but it’s still nice and comfy and affordable.

I had the most unsanitary experience of my life; it was like a nightmare; for paying up to $100 a night, this hotel gave me more of a motel feel. Upon arrival, I noticed a bad smell in the bathroom and called the front desk, the toilet was leaking water everywhere; they sent someone to clean the bathroom, but there was a nasty smell that was still there; the lady literally threw the pillows on the floor while she was making the bed before changing the pillowcases; They don't provide enough blankets on the bed, only a flat sheet and a thin comforter (for a room with a full size bed) and a sheet and a light blanket for the sofa bed, by the way, the sofa bed is pure wire, the mattress is incredibly unbearable, there was no there was a garbage bag full of empty beers under the bed and condoms under the bed, a sign that they don't clean properly and the kitchen is full of cockroaches, they only clean the room every 3 days and they don't change your towels until that day, the rooms smelled like urine and when you walk barefoot the carpet is sticky to your feet, really the worst thing in my life I have experienced in this hotel and the towels were also stained. There are better hotels around that are much cleaner in all aspects. I would not recommend it.

Loved having kitchenette, convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean but obviously a little older. Only complaint is the breakfast area is very small, so it was hard to move once a number of guests were in the dining room.

it was very good and friendly for families, good room service , excellent staff, they have perfect kitchen with all requirement and dishes plus a dish washer machine working perfectly, i really liked this place i will back to this place. the only things that there were some cockroaches need to be treated

Initially we were supposed to stay for 4 days. The hotel is very outdated and has a musky smell. Decided to check out 20 minutes after checking in. Could and would not spend my vacation there.

The staff was very pleasant and nice. The 2 bedroom was very out dated the kitchen floor was lifted and needed to be replace , the kitchen had ants which can be resolved but this needs attention. The room was clean not dirty but did have dust in some areas, the cracks between the stove and counter top was disgusting and needed to be clean old food stuck between the cracks. The overall stay was good but just needs some improvements.

The room smelled like urine, the AC vents leaked water all over the coaches and the window was stuck open in the kitchen. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom felt grimy. But the biggest issue for me was the smell.

It was a nice experience been here, however, it is old and need a major update and refurbish. Is well located; you can find place to eat and it is close to shopping malls, parking is good with easy access and, It is close to a school so you can hear children playing.

Pace is terrible the rooms rink a foul odor staffs act like it didn’t bother them and very unprofessional bedding had old blood things on them. I do not recommend this place.

The hotel is run down in the outside and inside. Rusted items, humid carpet, toilets not working properly, hair on the floor and toilet, damage items in the kitchen and bathroom, the list goes on. This hotel should be a 1 star and half the price for now. No refund option from the Hotel or Hotels.com. I tried to change rooms and the staff was not happy with the request, and the list of bad items goes on. One good thing, the location was not bad.
