This is a good city hotel. Small enough to feel welcomed and not overwhelmed but with all the things you need. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Aircon was totally unsuitable. It has a lowest temperature of 19 degrees and no way of opening any windows. There is no way i could stay there in the summer months, It was October and mild outside. I can't imagine how hot it gets in there in the summer.

Overall the hotel is nice, smells very clean, breakfast is okay, easy walk into town or on a bus route. There were just some small observations that knock things down like dirty shower seal, non working small shower head and no slippers with robes.

Couldn’t fault the hotel, excellent service from beginning to end. Welcoming, friendly staff throughout and a special thanks to Diane on reception for being super helpful. Fantastic room (Attenborough apartment), great range of foods at breakfast, lovely bar and spa area. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent blackout curtains and triple glazing so a very quiet and restful sleep. The breakfast was also wonderful with so much choice and made to order items, All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel!

Wow. Loved it. Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff from Mark at reception to Dolly at breakfast. Everything about the room is high spec, designed with attention to detail -- from Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware to Hansgrohe Axor taps and shower. Bravo. Everything about the room was spot on and spotless. Plenty of quality breakfast choices and killer cocktails too. We'll be back.

This was my first stay in the UK, and this accommodation had EVERYTHING I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cool and comfortable, and it was within walking distance from everywhere I needed to be. I'd recommend anytime!

Enjoyed the room, it was lovely and clean and we enjoyed our stay.
One issue however was as a couple wanting to have quiet time in the pool 9pm till 10pm, we couldn’t because of 2 children unsupervised jumping in and around the pool and playing ball games with no respect for other guests like ourselves. Our visit would’ve been 5 star if it could’ve been peaceful after a busy day.
