WiFi was not working room service very poor complimentory break fast nothing

location is good

During our check in we got uncleaned rooms with dirty linens which spoiled our mood for this stay. Even we got dirty towels

The pool was very dirty the pictures are just for the show and manipulate the customer not at all worth the money they ask for worst app i would say to book any hotel

Staff behaviour, every time they ask cash against order, they don't have system to add it to final bill.

I loved my stay at Martin's Siesta. Very helpful, collegial staff who catered to all my concerns as I was traveling with a small child. The food was just as I liked, non-greasy, and delicious. The premises were clean and sanitized all of which put my mind to rest, in the middle of a 'third wave'. Enjoyed the outdoor seating for mini-meals and snacking. My gratitude to the staff for making me stay smooth and hassle-free. I would love to stay here again!

Location was good.

Location was good but the facilities and cleanliness is very poor. bed condition was not good & at the time of billing they were trying to take false amount for wrong bill.

The staff was friendly

Room is quite small, the lights were very low creating a very sad ambience in the room. For the price paid, it felt unsatisfactory. They kept a glass beside the kettle, I warmed water and used the glass and it broke - should have not kept with the kettle if it wasn't to be used for it 😅 I paid for the glass, but the entire thing could be avoided had they not kept that glass with the kettle. The food was big time disappointing, buffet had no variety and not at all worth the price.
